    The UHD picture on this TV is marvelous and is a bargain since the 9 series has been released. Very little perceived difference. Works great and compatible with most wifi systems.

    Lasted about a year with no problems, then it started booting me out of the apps for no reason pretty frequently. It has decent picture quality. For the price, I'd give it a 6 out of 10.

      Thank you for sharing your review of the TU8000 TV. I am sorry that your apps are not performing as expected.

      Please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. (ver. 1460.9 released on 12/7/20)

      Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using, and the new version is the latest update.

      New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update.

    It was due time to upgrade my TV and didn't want to break the bank. This Samsung TV is awesome so far, love the smart features and the ambient mode it comes with. Highly recommend!

    This is a nice Smart TV. It does have multiple HDMI inputs for various signals. I also allows wired & wireless steaming with the Samsung app so I can now give Charter their cable box back and save money! The audio is nice and loud.

    All of our televisions are Samsung brand. We won’t own anything else and it’s been this way for about 18 years. I have nothing negative to say regarding Samsung.

    Tv is great the new remote is a different model but once you get it it it works good What can you say Samsung has great tvs and the Bluetooth works as advertised

    Exactly what we wanted. Came right to my door and was so simple to set up! Love the Alexa feature! Was a little thicker than I expected but it doesn’t change the quality of the view.

    Good TV... But NO Prime

    I was happy with my purchase originally, and had been watching things on Netflix, and tried to go on prime a few times, only to receive errors. So I stuck with my Netflix, I have tried numerous times I have tried re-registering my device, everything I can think of. And prime will not play a video... It gives me the main screen for prime I can view all the movies I can even see the commercial at the beginning of a movie, but then goes to the error screen

      I am sorry for the issue you are having with Amazon Prime. Samsung is aware of the error message, “Something went wrong,” and is working towards a solution.

      In the meantime, please try power-cycling your TV:
      1) Power off your TV using the remote or by pressing the power button on the TV.
      2) Next, unplug your TV from the power source. If your TV is connected to a surge protector, power it off.
      3) Wait 30 seconds, and then plug your TV back in.
      4) Power on the TV using the remote or the power button.

    I’m having to send this back because there was a flaw on the corner of the top right corner of tv. A piece of the screen or film tv was loose. We are returning it in hopes to exchange for another one. Otherwise we love Samsung TVs

    Great TV for a cheap price. Great image, unique remote but I found it to be rather nice. Clarity was great and it has almost any app you can think of to watch TV.
