With that said, I didn't expect it the quality of the physical TV to be bad. My first experience with this model once installed had weird red dots. Like a matrix. So it had a bad panel. It happens. The second unit I exchanged it for work for less than 24 hrs. The unit was producing a small red blinking light next to the power button. This indicated a problem with the power supply. I went through troubleshooting based on Samsung's website. They stated it may be a power supply issue. Regardless, I returned it again, but the picture quality was good but not great. I didn't expect much for the price. Also it says it does 120hz,t didn't seem like it did. Now I'm willing to give this unit a third try if once again my options are limited, but im definitely looking at other brands at the moment.

After tuning the settings (from default) it delivers acceptable performance. My staff is happy with it so far, so good.

And there I was with a blank screen. I've called samsung for assistance no luck. I loved all the app and the features that was provided. The picture quality was great, I just received a bad device so sad right now. Not quite sure how to return due to the global health issue we are having. Not sure if I want to order the same model again :(
