Samsung 43" Class 8 Series LED 4K UHDTV

Poor sound, not clear, expected better from Samsung. Worked with the set's sound options to little avail. BestBuy customer service suggested I buy a sound bar (about $150) but should we not assume that a premium TV set would have better loud speakers? Navigating the TV programs takes a lot of learning. It is overly complicated. I was hoping that BestBuy would give more customer education than the mealy-mouthed "comparison" windows. Disappointed.
