But the last 2 TV's including this one has had issues. Not blaming them because nothings perfect. I'm taking it back and getting one that's a lil pricier to play it more safe this time. It was a good tv with nice display until it started getting lines at the bottom of screen. I just had a faulty one..it happens. I'll be going with the oled this time around. Keep up the great customer service best buy!! I still believe lol

It disconnects practically every day that it's used and I have to reset the connection twice. And by the way, I have two of these and the same thing happens to both. It's unacceptable that I have to buy a streaming stick because a basic functionality of the TV doesn't work at all!

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU8000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
