Thank you for sharing your experience. If your Frame TV stops displaying art while Art Mode is activated, it could be because Night Mode is enabled. This mode detects light around the TV and automatically turns off the TV if the room is dark or dimly lit. You can resolve this issue by turning off Night Mode and turning on Sleep After:
1. Navigate to the Art Mode Home screen.
Art Mode settings can only be accessed from the Art Mode Home screen. If art is currently displayed on the screen, press Return on the remote to go to the Home screen. Or, navigate to Art Mode from wherever you are on the TV.
2. Turn off Night Mode.
Scroll all the way down to Art Mode Options, and then highlight Night Mode. Press Enter on the remote to switch Night Mode from On to Off.
3. Extend the Sleep After time.
The Sleep After feature will turn off Art Mode after a set amount of time if no motion is detected around the TV. Sleep After is also located under Art Mode Options and can be set from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Select the Sleep After icon to select the desired time.
A software update will be released soon to correct the issue with Night Mode; please ensure Auto Update is enabled by going to: Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Auto Update = On.

Love the still pictures inside to pick from. I always love a fireplace, but living in Florida makes no sense. These last couple of days have been cool for us , so we put on the T V ‘s Fireplace and tada we have a roaring stimulated fire! Merry Christmas! So much fun. Ty Samsung for this unique idea.

It fit so great in our kitchen! The only problem was that 14 days after purchasing, the tv suddenly did not turn on. Fortunately, we exchanged and hoping it doesn’t happen again!

So don’t expect an full experience that tv could have been dropped but I turned it on and it never functioned right so I ended up returning it. However beautiful tv and the concept is awesome.

Best Buy claims that there might be some cosmetic damage and missing parts but the TV would operational. This was missing both the remote control and the and the connection cable rendering the TV inoperable. I would have returned it but I'm 4 hours from the closest Best Buy. Best Buy was incredibly unhelpful and couldn't even offer me the missing parts for purchase. The TV itself look great but beyond that its awful. The menu is convoluted and a nightmare to navigate. The TV keeps trying to steer you to the Samsung tv app. There is no getting around it. The remotes last for only a few months and are not rechargeable by wifi or solar as they claim. You need a very specific charger to charge it. no matter what app I use the TV will only rewind 3 seconds at a time. The TV itself is slow to react to the remote and often turns on for no rhyme or reason. Unless you need the low profile and frame options, get something else
