Customers are saying
Customers commend the 43" Class The Frame Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV for its exceptional picture quality and stunning design. Many users are impressed with how it can be mounted on the wall like a picture, enhancing the aesthetics of their living space. The easy setup process and the inclusion of a no-gap wall mount, one connect box, and cable are also highly appreciated. While some customers find the price to be a con, many believe that the TV's features and overall quality justify its cost.

Perfect TV as a second or Guest TV!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As with our other TVs SAMSUNG does not disappoint! Easy to set up...easy to operate remote and easy to watch! A great value for Smart TV in my opinion.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL:DR Buyer beware! Samsung will not help you if this breaks just weeks after purchase, and ours has THREE TIMES. Do. Not. Buy. This Frame TV we ordered from Best Buy left us up the creek without a paddle. Samsung offered AWFUL customer support so far in trying to get out problem solved. Please trust me when I say this is a long story (including many hours waiting on the phone for helpless reps), but here is a long-story-short: -Bought TV in Aug -Backlight fails in Dec (no picture what-so-ever, just sound) -Repair guy outsourced by Samsung arrives, takes a look, leaves -Wait a week or two -Repair guy arrives again, replaces display panel, it doesn't work, leaves -Wait a two or three weeks -Repair guy arrives, replaces panel again, it works for about a week -Wait a week or two -Repair guy arrives, takes a look again, leaves TV is still broken, no refund, service, or even apology from Samsung. Their customer service has been less than helpful, they've been outwardly rude (and despite this snarky write up, I do actively try to be as patience and respectful to customer service reps as possible)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
