I initially did not want to have a TV in my living room, but after I found this TV it is the best thing I could ever find for my living room space. Most of the time the TV is set as a picture frame and then use as TV when we have small gathering.

Wall mount template works well and I didnt end up using a stud, I simply got some toggle mounts for $2 at hardware store. There is 1 standard art work as background otherwise its $50 a year subscription. TV picture quality is sufficient for my work office.

Purchased to have the TV become artwork when off. Features are great but audio sync with Bose soundbar was off and didn't really work well until a firmware update was released in Jan, 2022. Lots of features and glad we purchased!

She likes how it doesn’t necessarily make the TV feel like the centerpiece of the room when mounted. That way she feels like she can just sit and talk with guests without a distracting TV. Great picture!

The one I got at BedtBuy had no wall mounting hardware included. Strange considering the whole concept of the TV. I managed to find the mounting hardware at Samsung parts for $40. Disappointed!!

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download The Frame TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > ‘Manuals & Software’ > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select The Frame TV under Lifestyle TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
