The TV works great. Excellent picture. I wish that all TV manufacturers would put the speakers facing forward, so I am not upset at Samsung for this needed industry change.

Def made the right choice this time. Great picture, no clue what crystal uhd means but it’s light years ahead of my alleged “4k fire tv” which lasted only a few years. Black Friday made it even better.

Our experience at Best Buy was perfect the sales associate was so kind to us and helped us with what we needed got it down from up high for us. And was very pleasant! The TV was exactly what we wanted!

Excellent TV for the price. I use it as a Computer monitor. Primary use is video editing and PGaming. Picture quality is very good. The interaction of the TV is good. When PC goes to sleep the TV does as well. When awaking PC you do have to choose source inputs which is normal in this case. Very happy with purchsse.

This TV is great. Colors are bright, sound is fabulous. Very easy to set up on my own.

There is a problem with the tv internet connection, with several apps including Hulu, MLB, Samsung tv, and Disneyplus. While it will be streaming the shows/channels and its buffers and says connection lost or interrupted then kicks me out of the app of several minutes go by before the show resumes! I have tried everything deleting apps, resetting router and even tv I’m saying no on recommending this product only because of the connection error, but it has great picture and audio!

Very pleased with this tv. Good, clear picture. Sound is good but would be better with a sound bar. Overall, happy with this purchase.

Our samsung tv picture tube went after 3years a little too soon but the crystal picture quality and built in channel choies were good so we gave samsung another try 43" for $250

Only had 2 weeks, very good picture, am steaming tv with youtube tv and spectrum with no issues. Would have been 5 stars if they provided a usable remote, the samsung remote is useless. Two days after setup I ordered the One for All remote from best buy, not perfect but way better. You would think samsung could figure out they could make a few extra bucks by selling a remote that by the number of negative posts here, would sell well!

Picture and sound quality is excellent, I don't use the smart tv features but it works great with my Fire Stick and power/volume controls from that remote work well.

I brought this TV for mine little sister and she absolutely loved it

I was looking for a cheap 40-some inch smart TV for the bedroom and this was the cheapest reliable brand. I'm familiar with Samsung TV's and monitors so it worked as expected except sometimes the smart OS froze even after firmware updates. However, I've found all smart TV's needed OS resets once in a while, though, not when they're new. Also found the USB video file viewer is too slow just to browser through a USB drive with many dozens of videos files. Scrolling down through the files lags by many seconds which is unacceptable. That's my main complaint. Otherwise, the picture and sound are good for this price range.
