The TV is fine but the days of just bringing it home and plugging it in are long gone. Contacted Samsung's support line but you don't get to talk to a person. You have to text your questions and the support person texts you back. They can "get into" your set but were of little help. Called the Geek Squad and they sent a technician over who was of great help and patience.

Buying the Unit was easy. Staff helped me into the car. Setup was simple including through the App. I connect my dedicated Roku box to it and it runs wells. The Caption options are good and the Audio balance feature is well recieved.

Samsung has made many advancements on this 4K TV. Brighter Picture with more vibrant colors. Easy access to apps on the home menu. Remote has been streamlined with a smaller design. Improved Sound Quality. This series is a big improvement from the 7000 series (that I purchased a few years ago).

Ordered online from Best Buy and it was delivered the next day. Love the TV - it is the high-quality you expect from Samsung. Great picture with beautiful colors, sound quality is good, and the perfect size for a primary bedroom. Easy to set up, register with Samsung, and connect to WiFi. The price point is really good for the size and quality.

So far tv is working fine. Picture is great and Best Buy was very helpful with the purchase. The remote is hard for my older parents to use but luckily the old remote works with the new Samsung

I needed a primary bedroom TV, so I didn't need the best of all out there since a 40-45 inch was all that is needed. After reading reviews and specifications from the different brands of TVs available, I had to go to my standard, which is always reliable, a Samsung. So far, the television has been fantastic.

Great product, salesperson at store recommended this Samsung TV. Had previously purchased a Yoga laptop at the same store. This 43" Samsung Smart TV replaces my older (much older) 32" Samsung Smart TV. I love it. I was afraid the larger size would be too big, but it is perfect! By the way, the older model still works well!

I bought this smart t.v. for my elderly mom and right away she noticed the difference in clarity and volume. She simply loves it! The requests for channels is so fast and being able to move around the different subscriptionsis breeze.
