Best Buy’s service is absolutely terrible. They should be embarrassed. Maybe it’s the Vernon Hills store and how it’s run but you can never find anyone working. I’ve been there three times in the last month and it’s been the same. Each time, I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to ask someone at the register to call someone to help me. No one ever showed up. I had an “associate” walk by me 3 times, avoiding eye contact. He helped me when I repeatedly called out and followed him requesting help the third time. Never seen the manager once even after looking for them. Unbelievable and consistent. Geek squad has been consistently helpful but not enough to save the rest of the store. I won’t be going back.
