Screen went dark, Samsung Support is horrible

I called and Samsung support troubleshooted and finally set up a repair ticket with USSI. The parts sent to USSI did not fix the TV. Upon telling Samsung that, since they were calling me to see what the status was, the approved me for an exchange or refund. You have to talk to executive customer relations in order to make an exchange or refund happen. The only way to talk to executive customer relations is to call regular customer support and ask to be transferred, at which point customer service tries to talk you out of it due to long wait times. I've submitted my bill of sale to executive customer service. I highly doubt they will be in a hurry to replace my TV, if they even do. So far, two weeks with a dead tv. Also, I think my problem is a bad power supply to the back light. The pixels are still activating. USSI replaced the screen only. So I'm believe it's a bad power supply.

Decent TV for price

I'm too lazy to take it back, but if you have multiple game systems, a blu ray player and cable, 2 HDMI slots are just not going to cover it. GAMERS AVOID THIS TV.
