I cannot give an excellent rating for the TV due to one fault it has. There is a small red box, sometimes two, at the very bottom of the screen. It is there no matter what channel or recorded show. I does not have an effect on viewing image, just this one and sometimes two unsightly red boxes. I called Samsung to no avail. Other than that, the picture quality, clarity and colors are excellent.

The product is good one. However, I must point out I had the first one delivered and the display screen was mangled (from the inside). So, I took it back to a near by store and ordered another on line to be picked up there. This was is good.

TV do what TV do. Probs: on screen keyboard lags, remembers that one time you searched lewd things, power saving sucks. My old Phillips will turn off after 3 minutes of no signal, and if I remember correctly this Samsung will wait an hour.

I purchased this tv for a Christmas gift for my spouse. The picture quality is good. Easy set up. I really like it is a smart tv. The price was good also.

Returned Westinghouse(2big) got 48'Samsung smart tv. Noticed the better quality immediately.If its a main viewing tv spend extra $, you'll b glad u did!

I purchased this for use at my church to show videos. It is large enough that a classroom can see it on a stand. Easy to set up and use. Great picture.

We bought the TV on sale and it was a good buy. I'm happy with it. Easy to set up and access the Smart features like Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. The only downside has is that the colors were way off and took some effort to adjust. Greens like grass were all blue. Worse I had to adjust it separately for each source. HDMI and component video both had started out with greens looking blue. After some effort to adjust colors it's been great.

Great TV at a reasonable price. The picture quality is very good. I feel it is easy to use, you do not have to have a PhD in order to understand it.

Love this TV. Great picture and easy to set up. Got it as part of a promotion when I upgraded a phone. So cost was minimal for the niceness of the product.

Love the smart tv because the apps are a click away. The Internet is big screen no more eye strains. I can operate from my smartphone. Life just got simple.

I had initially purchased an RCA Smart TV and it turned out there was really nothing SMART about it. Returned it and went with the Samsung which Best Buy matched Amazon's pricing. I will continue shopping offline now that retailers are competitive once again. Nothing is better than real human service

This is a great tv that works great most of the time. The biggest problem we have had is with Netflix and all the codes I have had to change to make it compatible with a smart tv. I have called tech support 3 times in the first month of owning It and have just dealt with that problem 3 other times

Love this tv. Went from a smaller one to this Ione and the difference is amazing. The picture is crystal clear and vibrant. Love having a smart tv.

I originally bought a LG smart TV which I became unhappy with due to remote control issues and the smart tv app platform. Without a doubt, the Samsung Smart TV's have the best Smart TV Platform.

Over all I love the tv. Only two small things, one is that it takes longer than I expected for the apps to get going once you selected the one you want to launch. Second, I would like to have more apps, seems that other manufacturers have more available.

This TV has one of the best pictures I've seen in TV's. Samsung is a very innovative company when it comes to Smart TV's. We love it in our bedroom.

This is the first Samsung TV I've ever purchased or owned. It's got plenty of options to customize the picture settings to everybody's liking. The most important part of a TV, the picture, is outstanding. With the push to 4K this TV sitll makes a good case for 1080P. The only downside, for me at least, is that it doesn't have many inputs. I have quite a few devices as part of my setup that use HDMI and this TV only has two inputs, so if you have more than two devices which use HDMI you might want to consider purchasing an HDMI switch with it. Other than it's lack of inputs, not just HDMI, this is an awesome TV to own.

I needed to replace a 12-year-old flat screen and my friend recommended I purchase this one during Black Friday. It's easy to set up and the SmartTV features makes it much nicer than having to plug in the Chromecast and hope it connects. The only downside is that every fourth or fifth time I use the SmartHub feature, I get the "Trying to connect to TV..." error message. After reporting the issue with Samsung and exchanging emails with them and talking with Best Buy, I determined that you just need to unplug the TV for a minute, plug it back in and it's good. The image quality is great, the audio is pretty good.
