Hard to use as a Smart TV

I ended up plugging in my Roku and the Internet worked just fine. The picture would also get darker and darker. Volume wouldn't work all the time either. You would try and turn it up or down and nothing would happen. We brought it back. Got another one and had the exact same problems with the second one. Ended up returning the 2nd one got a non-smart TV.
