We were expecting an exceptional tv but the motion during sports, etc blurs. When watching football, the ball sometimes disappears like the tv can't keep up with the rate of motion. We bought a 65 in. 4K Samsung 3 years ago when they first came out and that tv has better motion clarity than this new model we bought. I called Samsung hoping they could fix it but the tech couldn't help. He said I got a bad tv. We purchased a similar model from Target with the same specs- same thing, even a bit worse (it was a 6000 series). We usually love Samsung tvs but this was very disappointing. Picture is great and color is crisp when not moving fast. We went back to Best Buy to try to test out other tvs to see if they had the same issue but was told it wasn't possible because of the connectivity. We didn't feel like continuously buying/returning tvs until we found a decent model so we opted to deal with what we have since it is only our secondary tv. Still, when you pay close to $800 for a tv, you'd think it could at least get motion clarity, Even our 10 year old model did that.

I am sorry to see that you are experiencing motion blur. You can try adjusting the judder control on your TV until you find a satisfactory setting. To do this, please follow these instructions: Home – Settings – Picture – Expert Settings – Auto Motion Plus – Change to “Custom” and adjust to your liking.
