Need additional speakers, also you have to adjust the volume quite often, during commercials higher value and during regular program lower value. I also purchased the frame, which are strongly not recommended. The frame is blocking the sensor on the bottom of the TV which makes not working at all. If you do not have a Samsung phone then you’re not gonna be able to add additional pictures.

Thank you for your purchase and review of the 49inch Frame TV.
One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.
Please know that the sensor is located on the Samsung logo in the middle so it should not be blocked by the frame.
In addition, you can control the Art mode, including uploading your personal photo via our Smartthings app and it is available for all Android phones as well as iPhones. Please check the App store on your phone and download the latest version for best controllability.

I have had to put mine photos into groups of 3 because the single doesn’t fill up the frame. And the remote is just not honey or intuitive. Tv is great. But don’t know if I would purchase again

That would allow you to position the unit on a wall without using the sheetrock anchors. Got a free 6 mo subscrition from the Samsumg store which was a nice bonus.

But it’s still in the box as my electrician when come back to the house until the Covid-19 goes away. So I don’t have power on that wall.

I think the store was great, but the geek squad didn’t Thoroughly check the open box product as advertised. Because of this, I made multiple trips to the store to get the product working.

But it still needs to improve a software problem that is showing a black screen sometimes when it switch to the frame mode to TV mode. The cold booting solves the problem:(
