I've bought two of these and I have to say the picture is beautiful and the convenience of having the apple and amazon apps is great, really cuts down on the external devices/wires. I find the sound acceptable for an internal speakers, there is a setting that amplifies speech, really helps my old ears. On the negative side, sometimes the TVs will just drop their internet connection - I've found if you unplug and restart everything returns to normal. Each one has done it so there most be something amiss with connectivity (one on WiFi, on ethernet). Also, the apple app sometimes 'hangs' and will need to be restarted. Both issues are easily fixed by unplugging and restarting but obviously with a TV of this caliber you would think it wouldn't have been sent with these quirks. Overall, I would buy again and would recommend - the price of this unit for the picture quality is hard to find something else.

If you ask my husband the “Gamer” he said he can tell the picture quality difference on the Q60 series which is especially designed to work with your Xbox. I can’t tell difference between this $600 tv and their less expensive model that was not Q series at $300 same size. In the store you can see it, but at home I did not think it was worth the added cost. Some HD movies actually have a slight undesirable quality so it doesn’t look like a film but a mature movie quality. Not Apple compatible although it has an apple app program installed. The app does not function like the Apple TV, mirroring and other features which I could perform with my Apple TV is challenging or not supported. Remote gives me issues and any blue tooth device, like app remote requires your remote in order to accept the ability to Sync to it. Umm how is that going to help if I lose my remote. Prime time ability would get stuck frequently. Overall I would have chosen less expensive model.

Great picture ! Easy set up ! Great price . Love it

This is the second smart TV that I have owned. The first one is from pretty early in their development. This one is extremely easy to use and is gorgeous. The picture is crisp and bright. The interface is intuitive. My sound bar even works better.

First impressions of my new 2019 Samsung Q60R TV: Its a beast. Its humongous. It fills the room with a presence that can't be ignored. The picture is very sharp, clear and well-defined. The colors seem to jump out from the screen, almost like 3D resolution.

I've never seen more vibrant colors and deeper contrast in any televisions that I've owned in the past. The QLED series TV is truly remarkable. I was very skeptical at first, but after speaking with the best buy rep in person, he explained what the television had to offer and his advice was solid. I am extremely appreciative of his knowledge and I will always choose this series television in the future. Thank you Cap

I told the Best Buy employee I was especially interested in vivid color when looking for a television. This tv surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend it. It automatically programmed itself to my dish network remote. Setup was simple.

My wife and I were in the store looking at movies. Went back to look at TV's for our back bedroom. We looked down the line and came to the Samsung QLED. I really liked it and my wife was just OK. Long story short. We got it home and your people did a great job of setting it up. The color and picture is just great. the best I've ever seen. She really likes football. I called her back to see some football. She just couldn't believe how great the picture was. It looks like we will be looking another QLED for the living room. If mamma not, nobody's happyyujdxxxxxxx

We bought this a month ago for our master bedroom. this TV is amazing. the picture is awesome, we love all the features. the universal guide is great. love the upgrade from the previous version

I absolutely fell in love with this TV. The picture is fabulous, the way the colors pop amazed me, and the set up was quick & easy. Samsung is a great brand to invest in. Well worth the money.

I have looked at this tv for about a year or so. I loved the picture while in the store but I had always went what was on sale. This was out of my budget but I bought a floor model and it was the best purchase I have made in a long time. I can notice the difference in picture quality from my previous led tv's. The blacks look good and viewing angle is great. Menu interface is smooth and no lag. Love that I can use my AppleMusic right from the tv. Setup was easy, but still learning all the features but so far I am in LOVE with the tv. I know there are many higher end qled but nothing at this price point that I liked.

I just upgraded from my OG Flat Screen; the "Samsung LN40B550 1080p LCD. I purchased this back in 2009, and have been content and happy. However my son's tv went out, so I gave him this one and strolled in to BB to get a small one under $200. 1-hour later, I walked out with this one, and overall am pretty satisfied. I am going to return this TV, however for the model and size up (55-Q70). I was unprepared, and didn't do my normal research before buying. Nor did I realize how much I was missing, these TV's are amazing. It pairs so well with my PC, DirectTV Media stream, and Helps that I have been buying All samsung phones and tablets for the last half decade. Long story short, for the price, you could do a lot worse. I believe the 55" and up is where the magic happens and they start introducing all the features the 43 and 49" don't have. So be aware.

The 8K series is the newest product by Samsung. The company just started running commercials for it. It is the most clear TV around. Features are excellent. A Great Purchase.

Do not settle for anything less! I couldn't believe the image quality this unit delivers over the 6, 7 and 8 series below it! I did not wanna believe that it actually mattered but if you see these in person it is night and day! Yeah this version carries a premium price tag since its the "new" model for 2019 and needs HDMI 2.2 to get every bit of detail out of it! It was all very worth it if you're looking for the best at home experience. This is that stop on the tour(excuse the poor attempt at humor lol) And the Blu Ray Up scaling is phenomenal and will turn those 4 million pixels into 6 without breaking a sweat!

TV was easy to set up and assemble. Works well. Picture looks great. Netflix and other streaming services can stream at 4k on this TV. I am very happy with my purchase.

I wasn't expecting updating my old 4k tv. But the price was so good I went for it. For my surprise the QLED image quality is awesome. But the one feature that really blew my mind was the Apple TV app. Now I run most of the time my apple TV app instead the Apple TV device. Other thing that I love is the navigation thru the TV menu. Its just awesome. Simply worth the money the update.

I purchased this TV on sale for use in a bedroom and it’s surprisingly good quality for their entry level QLED. Colors are good and it gets plenty bright. It is edge-lit rather than the entire panel on their upper tier models, but I still think it’s above average for brightness in the market. I would say the biggest thing you’re missing from their higher tier models is the extra layers and coatings that reduce glare and help with color saturation. My ultimate TV is still OLED, but for the price to performance, the Q60 is a hard tv to pass on.

Nice picture. Remote isn’t for everyone especially a middle aged person like me who doesn’t watch tv all that much. Definitely takes some practice to get the hang of this remote

We primarily use the TV to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime videos. The picture is substantially better than the LCD TV we transitioned from. TV controls are pretty intuitive and easily figured out. We're happy with the buy though I do feel like I could've gone bigger...if only the budget could support! It does only have HDMI inputs, so we had to lose our Wii...we'll eventually upgrade to the Switch, when the budget permits.

The Q60 I purchased is currently being used as a large computer monitor. Though this particular screen size does not feature the VRR option, it fits the bill in every other aspect, allowing me to open and work in multiple windows all at the same time with ease. The Tizen OS is smooth and very responsive, so it's great having onboard apps with which I can access videos, music, and the weather, all while working at my computer.
