The quality of the images and lettering are noticeably sharper and a bit clearer, which we thought was pretty good on the tv it replaced. We had a little problem with learning the voice remote and mostly prefer to use an old push button remote. Finding the instructions also took some fumbling around on the menu to find where the right category was located.

I’m an elderly man that does the majority of my shopping online. This tv provides me a 48” screen that is a big help in viewing items for purchase. Incredible picture and sound. Worth every penny I paid for it.

I love the fact that it’s Bluetooth so I have it paired with my Apple AirPods so when I’m watching tv late at night I won’t disturb anyone. All in all I highly recommend this TV for its picture quality and all of its features.

However, the tv remote picks up everything that is said, even when the tv ‘s power is turned off. Very strange and had to hide remote in another room so it does not disrupt what we are watching.

I chose the Q and so pleased that I cannot say enough good things. I was coming off a Pioneer Elite Plasma, and expected a downgrade in quality. Didn't happen. Beautiful TV picture and sound. Add Geek Squad. and I am really happy. Fred

Very clear picture, great quality. On day two of having the tv, I noticed a darker spot on the left side of the tv. It wasn’t until I pulled up a white screen that I could see that a set of lights were out in the tv. I understand that defects happen, so I am replacing this tv with the exact same. Once I receive the new tv, I’m sure it will be okay and a 5 star review to come.
