Excellent machine, would highly recommend it. Quite and very efficient.

This is a great washer, my wife and I love the performance. We initially purchased LG set but after two exchanges of the LG washer, it was still defective. We decided to switch to this Samsung machine. This Samsung washer has been working from day one and till date. No complains at all. The smartThings works with the machine.

I really enjoy how the washer works and how the settings do what theu say. I have had zero unbalanced loads (thank goodness, they drive me crazy)! The Self Clean setting works amazing, especially if you have mineral or hard water issues, like I do. Overall the best front load washer I have ever owmed.

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever bought . Even when it’s in the high spin cycle you don’t even realize it’s running . With a tumble motion your clothes go through you know it’s getting thoroughly clean . Using a steam sanitize settings are great to in theses times .

Great brand love the way it wash and dry super quiet and fast

I bought the washer and dryer front loader for the first time and so far I love both. Black in color, easy to wipe. I like that they are both touch screen very modern..i have a condo and because they are stackable and not too large they fit perfectly inside of the laundry room.

Working with gentleman at Best Buy was the easier thing in the world after bestbuy.com messed up my order. Drop off was simple. They work better than I thought they would and there are some many settings that I don't even know how to use at this moment. I love that they are connected to my smart house.

This machine is easy to use but the app set up was a little challenging. My mom is 81 and was able to easily figure out how to use the machine and that is worth a million dollars. I'm not able to program a specific washing cycle yet. I will work on that next. Overall a good purchase!

works well, relatively quiet. I would recommend it. I love that it has wifi communication with my phone, and can coordinate with the dryer. When I selected athletic wear for the wash, it automatically selected it for the dryer when I moved my clothes from washer to dryer

Really quite for a washer. Great features for a reasonable price. They call the color "Black Stainless Steel" and the store display appeared to look "Black" but when we received ours everything has more of a brownish bronze color and this is the actual color.

During my first use of the washer, I noticed water dripping from the door. The spin cycle sounded louder than normal and I could literally see the door flapping! This might explain the leak. I will be trading this model in for a top loading washer. I will say that it cleans well and the drum capacity allows one to fit a lot of clothes, but I am too afraid to try another front loader for fear of leaking.

Almost a month of usage and don’t have any complaints. The washer does it’s job (silently in comparison to my previous washer) when you select the right cycle. Overall quality is good and the black color looks really great.

This is my first washer in 21 years (My old ones purchased in Sept 1999 were still working but I decided it was time to let them go). What a great washer. A little overwhelming at first with all the options but with two tech-savvy kids, it was easy to operate!

We replaced our 1 yr old Maytag front load washer with this one and we wished we didn’t sooner. The Maytag washer was soo loud! I thought the whole house was about to take off when it was cleaning our clothes. This Samsung washer is so quite, I have to make sure that I even pressed the start button. It cleans my whites and makes them even whiter, I follow the directions of where to put what detergent where and my clothes have never been cleaner and dryer when coming out.

So far I have had no issues with this washer. My only complaint is that I have to leave the door open for it to dry out to avoid mold but that's an issue with all front load washers. I'm very happy so far with my washer.

I wanted a larger machine for our needs . The drawback for me is the front loading and that I have to bend down so low to put clothes in and take them out. But it does a great job and we are all happy with it.

The washer and dryer are beautiful and work well. They do a great job and they are quiet when running. Installation was seamless. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I picked this particular unit because if it being black stainless steel. Also, the reviews were pretty good and for any washer, reviews are all over the place. When buying a washer it really comes down to personal preference and gut instinct. It does have a lot of gadgets, love that barrel lights up and barrel is stainless steel. So far, I like my washer, but not loving it yet, cause if all the buttons and options. But it is way better then what I had...it was an antique.

I have used a similar models of washer and dryer in the past and am familiar with this brand and never had any quality or technical issues in the past.
