Performance and appearance it's awesome. As connected device, not so much. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Loosing connection a lot.

We got this washer and corresponding dryer a little over a year ago and haven't gotten around to leaving a review until now. It has worked fine except for the major fact that all of our clothes come out heavily wrinkled EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (see photo) We haven't had this problem with any other washer/dryer before, and it occurs no matter what the setting or load size. It's really annoying to have to iron everything, or resign to wearing very wrinkly clothes.

This has been doing a great job of getting our clothes very clean. I had a Samsung he top load washer before this one - which was recalled, and I really like this one better. Clothes come out cleaner than the Samsung top load in my opinion and I can really tell the difference on my husband's work clothes! It also keeps the loads down with it's huge capacity.

After using this washer for over six months, I can definitely say it beats my last top loader and is way better than my last front loader. It cleans my clothes well the first time and is able to accommodate queen size comforters and pillows. There are a lot of options although I mostly use Normal and Cold I'd recommend it for sure

Works amazing, its fairly quiet. Lots of cleaning options and a steam cycle. Very good! the extra small door is useless because it cannot be opened when the washer is in use. You must stop the cycle which unlocks this door AND the main door. Then you can open this door and add stuff. So its the same as using large door.

Have the washer installed about a month now, works as a washer should. If you are coming from a simple dial with limited control unit before, you may want to take some time to read the user's manual. Also keep the manual in easy reach, reference it before you do a wash initially would save you some head scratching.

This washer works great for me, I have purchased many of the new side loading washers and they have all not worked, clothes came out not clean and had to pre wash so many times, this one can do some heavy soiled items and clean them very well. Also has a large capacity that I can fit my king sized comforters without a problem, would recommend.

Found that stains don't automatically come out. May need to pre-wash items. But overall, washes the clothes well.

If you want to waste your money buy Samsung washer. All their washers have shaft problem, which will show up after 2-3 years of use. This spider shaft is made of aluminium and becomes corroded very fast. Samsung doesn't care and make this bad washes for years.

After the first washer looked like it was dropped off a truck. They ordered me another one and it works as it should

Large family with lots of laundry. Large capacity is great and ability to add to load after started is a bonus.

This is an elite washing machine. It has a very large capacity and can handle anything I put in it. The clothes always come out clean. Use the heavy soil and steam folks and you’ll see what I mean. Love the smart adapter functionality and the many features this has. My clothes come out clean and virtually dry.

Great washer! My clothes and towels come out cleaner than ever. And it can hold so much laundry! What used to take me 2-3 loads now only takes 1 and I am done. Couldn't be happier. The only complaint is sanitizing and allergen cycles are super long but I only use those once in a while. Highly recommend.

Love the add wash feature im always forgetting a couple items and this is great! Love the speed wash too

This is a very good washing machine with lots of features. The capacity is very large, perfect for a family of four. Compared to our prior washer, our clothes come out smelling so much cleaner! Especially the towels, when on sanitize mode they come out smelling fresh and new. We love it!

I didn’t realize how convenient and affective this washer was. I absolutely love the add wash feature.

very long to do a cycle and very little choices of personalizing your cycle as most are pre set.... looks are deceiving. a lot of fluff not much substance. too many bells and whistles that are useless. quiet, extra add a door is not necessary and is only something else that can break.

This washer provide large capacity, high efficiency, and all the functions you could possible have in the market. I like the new feature of Add-in door. In case you forgot one or two garments; you can add to the wash load with a safety feature build in. It is a wonderful washer to own.
