This washer provide large capacity, high efficiency, and all the functions you could possible have in the market. I like the new feature of Add-in door. In case you forgot one or two garments; you can add to the wash load with a safety feature build in. It is a wonderful washer to own.

I was always told that I shouldn't have a front load in my upstairs laundry room due to the shaking that those machines do. I took a chance and purchased this since it has the VRT technology. It hasn't shaken my home yet. It is quiet, cleans great, and very easy to use.

I am greatly impressed with the washing machine, the washing cycles are noise free.

great washer with very quiet operation. love the small lid to add a few extra clothes after starting the cycle. cool to have the built in smart feature....haven't tried that yet as i still need to the get the usb adapter. large capacity for all the comforters. love the color!

Had another Samsung front loading washing machine prior to this one that lasted approximately 10 years. 25% of the time, an article of clothing was overlooked. Once the older washer was deep in to the wash cycle, could not pause it to place the forgotten article of clothing in the machine. Not with this option! Also like the reminder and ability for the machine to be cleaned with the cleaning cycle too.

The washer is very versatile for quick washes or for very heavy and soiled loads. The steam and extra hot washes are perfect for getting hard stains out. Be aware that the heated washes can take a long time but it's worth it when you need it. It's also the quietest washer I owned.

I got a great deal plus great zero interest financing so NOT purchasing these would have been really dumb. My old set was more that 20 years old and worked fine, but were not energy or water efficient. We were making other energy efficient upgrades in our home and this made sense for us. I had been wanting the steam function for quite awhile. The pair is so easy to use and I love the options. We switched to a gas dryer and are very happy with the time to dry our clothes. Love having the pedestals! Keeps things so much neater in the laundry room and saves our back from bending over to grab things out of the units. Extremely happy with our purchase! Now to see if they last as long as our old Sears Kenmore pair (which I gave to a niece who needed them).

Love this washer it has so many cool features and is very quiet. The large tub allows me to wash a king size comforter along with the blanket and sheets all at once. I can now sanitize the dog beds too. The price for this item was amazing compared to what my previous set cost

Best Washer love the add wash feature on it. Excellent when it comes to washing clothes. Clothes comes out looking clean. Uses less detergent than other washers. Also love the self clean feature on it takes away the hassle of having to buy tablets to clean the washer.

I love this washer because it holds a huge amount of clothes and easy access to filter in case it gets clogged unlike the older front loaders. And the seal doesn't mildew like the older models... I still leave door open to air out so it doesn't smell due to moisture

Love being able to deep clean my work clothes to come out clean everyday. Finally decided to upgrade from a 10yo washer dryer set to this, and matching dryer. Have had no problems and makes washing and drying clothes soooooo much easier.

We finally upgraded from a set that was over 8 years old. Very quick, efficient and quiet. The connected APP, while I thought would be a gimmick, is actually very useful especially for a family of 4 that is constantly washing clothes. Highly Recommend this.

A very big capacity washer! It's also very quiet compared to the old LG washer I previously owned. So far the only thing I don't like is that the tub clean cycle takes 3hrs & 55mins! It's recommended that after 40 loads that a tub clean cycle is performed.

This washer works great. I can stuff a whole bunch of clothes in this thing. So many option for cleaning different items. Can’t believe you have to buy a Samsung Wi-Fi adapter if you want to get notified when the wash is done.
