Works great, wife love it the new looks easy to use

This washer is so quiet and efficient, I live upstairs and had a very loud washer prior to this model. Beyond how pretty it is to look at my clothes always feel so clean. Especially with all of the settings it has.

Love this washer!! Its easy to use and is very quiet.

We have a small closet for our laundry appliances so it's difficult to get machines that can A: fit in the space, and, B: handle the amount of laundry a family of 5 produces. This bad boy has a nice big drum and can handle comforters in one go. Fast, efficient and, to be fair, a little noisy, this machine has ensured that we don't walk around naked. Anymore.

First off, let me state that I love this washer and I'm very happy with the performance of the washer and its matching dryer. My problem is with the delivery crew's rapid-fire instructions after they set it up. They appeared to be more concerned with spending as little time explaining things as possible. I spent months looking for a new washer machine. I had a Lg smart washing machine I bought new in 2019 and it ended up with severe mold so I decided to just buy a whole new washer instead of paying $400-$500 for a new rubber seal. I bought this Samsung washer and it is absolutely amazing the run cycles are much faster on this one, we get so much laundry done the size is perfect compared to my old one that was a 4.5 Cu this one washes so much more and can wash my king size comfortable in less than 2 hours perfectly fine which my other one couldn’t do! This washer is absolutely amazing in so many ways . I have absolutely no complaints and love the sleekness and classy luxury design. It doesn’t feel cheap and it is not cheap but I promise it’s worth every penny!

My first unit arrived damaged :-( but was quickly replaced within a day or so. I would like the smart phone device feature if I could start it from my device. Otherwise, I am enjoying it!

Great features and we love that it’s a part of the ecosystem of Galaxy so we get notifications that the wash is done. It’s more handy than we realized. You can download different wash cycles as well which have also been bonus. Super quiet, easy to use and clothes come out clean and almost dry from the fast spin cycle.

I really love this washer, definitely gets my clothes clean and Samsung definitely upgraded the front and loader seal and drain, my last one I had to clean more often because it would get a mildew smell, so far this one hasn’t had it, great features, and quiet.

I love this washer and dryer set. This was the first time my family purchased a new washer dryer and we couldn't be happier. I love the quick wash cycle for loads that have had little wear. The washer is also super quiet, even when doing big loads. I can fit 1.5 times as much as my last set. Highly recommended.

I have not had the washer long, but initial impressions are good. It has good capacity and seems to clean well. It has many settings to get the right cycle for what you are trying to do. I also like that it has the high speed spin cycle which seems to cut down on dry time. Time will tell if it has longevity. It was on sale when I purchased, so it was good value for money.

We’ve had our washer for about a month now and I absolutely love it! It’s large enough to easily wash comforters, has the wash options that I like, cleans our stuff very well and is easy to clean between washes. I use a homemade detergent and it has worked great with the machine too. Only con is the alarm at the end is soo long but luckily it wasn’t hard to turn off.
