I try to wash a different kind of clothes and works pretty good with all, is not to noisy and the best thing, you csm conect with your phone and adjust how you want to whash your clothes and it will send to you a notification when it finish

I have the washer and dryer the same color simply love it cause easy to make it work no nmrd much instructions and the Solorio are different from simply colors is great product I like this front doors better than top doors because this way your clothes wash better cause have more movement at the time washing and drying too

Bought this samsung washer with matching dryer and had bestbuy install. So far holding up to my family of 6 and 2 dogs clothes and hair. Their even stacked on an uneven floor with no problems. took me minutes to connect to my phone for updates.

It would be 5 stars but the drum started wailing like a jet engine on day 14. Unfortunately i waited until day 31 to report the issue and was stuck dealing with Samsung, Well have a 30 day wait , they have agreed to have Best Buy replace it at their expense. I am told 5 days give or take before Best Buy gets the authorization paper work. It cleans very very well, its just super loud due to the defect. I anticipate the replacement will be fines. Things happen. I have owned many Samsung products , and currently own a fridge made by them. I just ordered the magic dryer as my LG dryer has indicated that its on its last leg. Samsung stepped to the plate once I survived an inept 3rd part service company that closed the ticket without telling me . Thus the 30 day wait. I recommend the extended warranty so that Best Buy can expedite service or replacement. Dealing with Korea takes more time.

Love the washing machine, it works perfectly and the wash times are all very quick compared to other brands. The front load is the way to go since top loads do not have agitators any longer. A top load the clothes just sit in one place with no movement in dirty water that just drain through the clothes, if theres any grass or other debris on the clothes they just sit on the clothes since the water drains at the bottom and these solid materials cant pass through the clothes. So, my advice if you want clean clothes go front load.

I set it with my phone and simply walk over to it and turn it on. It lets me know on my phone when its done and how much time is left.

Had our machines washer and dryer for couple weeks now best washer and dryer I’ve had. It’s so quiet. Washed the clothes clean with minimum soap, I’ve been saving so much on softener and soap since having this new machine.
