So far so good. Had the product for a little over a month. All cloths come out clean and soft.

This washer is perfect. My clothes are efficiently cleaned with no pilling or damage. The sound setting is a long song but can be silenced.

I love Samsung washers/dryers. I had a set in my home in CO and purchased another set for my new home in NC. I love that these connect to smart things and Alex. She'll tell me when the load is done and I get notifications on my phone.

Had a similar model to this from 4 years ago. Decided to get the next slight upgrade from the previous model I had. Loved the previous, and loving this one. Such an interesting color scheme. I enjoy all the smart features.

Great look and works great. The delivery and install was quick, easy, and professional.

Took a little getting used to. We have always had a top load washer. Works great overall. However, the filter system stuggles with dog hair. I have had to clean it evry 2 weeks so far.

I’m so happy with my washer and dryer set. I’m so glad I invested in them. The only problem is when they were delivered they scratched them from the sides :(

Washes very well. Bedspread and blankets are easy to wash.

The washer is quiet, you can add big loads however the more you add the less the softener will smell and with the app it’s easy to know when it finished so that you don’t have to be checking on it.

We bought this washer, beautiful appliance, Sorry to say, there was a problem, with it. When it washed, it would stop, & flash 4 C wouldn't fill up again, to rinse. We had a plumber ,come & check the water heater, he flushed out all lines & water tank. It still exact same thing.The plumber said everythig was clear.all lines work great,throughout household. We had guys come & check,hookup, it was good.So we picked out an LG, hopefully it will serve us good. I have used Samsung before.My other washer & dryer is Samsung, my washer leaked around door, i still have my dryer, it is 15 yrs old.
