These things are gorgeous and big! I bought them with the pedestal and I’m 6 feet. They are so comfortable and modern. I’m really happy with this purchase

Good product to buy. I bought a floor model, but it has been working perfectly for a while now. No complaints and easy-to-manage loads, and I like the quick wash feature.

So far so good It does a great job. I just need to get vibrating pads because it vibrates a lot during the tumbling cycle. And yes, I used a level to make sure its level but it still shakes.

The delivery was great. The delivery men were fantastic and install great.

Samsung never fails. I had a Samsung washer and dryer in the past and it is good quality. These are new and improved and I like the new technology on it.

Surprisingly quiet , still experimenting with the different washing function, deep inside so be prepared to dig way inside.

Buy the stand it is definitely a must have to complete maintenance easier. The filter is at the bottom left of the washer and you have to drain it having the stand makes draining a lot easier. Wish I had known when I purchased. Also watch strings they damage the seal and you only get a year of those getting replaced.

Right away the water was not draining from the dispenser drawer. I had to schedule a visit from Best Buy and they ordered a replacement drawer. This shouldn’t happen on a brand new unit. Otherwise it’s a good unit.

Love our new washer. No more bouncing around with heavy loads due to auto balance and weight of the washer. Can’t say enough about Samsung and the quality of their products

I have had it for a short period of time, nonetheless, it has been working great. It is quiet and it washes bedding and towels great. So far very impressed by the machine.

This is a really great washing machine. It does everything and you can pick the exact type of settings that you want.

This washer is convenient, it has different settings from washing the laundry to setting the temperature being used, plus it us energy efficient.
