Im giving it 2 stars because the first year I had it, I loved it. Second year started having issues with fabric softener leaking into drum even before hitting start. I had to make sure clothes were in and door was closed bedore adding detergent and fabric softener or it would go all over my floor. One month after my 3 year warranty ended the drum bearings went. Unfortunately cheaper to buyer a new washer than repair. Not happy with how long it lasted with how expensive they are. If you buy recommend getting the 5 year replacement coverage. Dryer of this model still works like its brand new.

I have had issues with this since it was delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact Best Buy and get a service call, I was told that I needed to reach out through Samsung to get this washer fixed. Needless to say, I am not happy with this decision as “we were 15 days after installation “and now have to go through the manufacturer. Customer service should be at the forefront of your business. However, in this situation, it was not. I will never buy another product from Best Buy again.
I would suggest a training session for your installers to inform people that they only have 15 days! And by the way, 12 out of those 15 days, we were not even here. This was a new install in a new house.

I wanted to like this washer. We paid for delivery and installation, and from the very first load it sounded like a freight train on the spin cycle. A samsung tech came the next day and told me it was because of a faulty pedestal. So, i bought a brand new pedestal and it did not chage a tthing. PROS: App connectivity. Cons: terrible vibration, loud.

Do buy these from best buy. They dont have a clue.

We bought this brand new, got it home and immediately had a pool in our kitchen. We checked everything. We called best buy to use our warranty. They couldn't get a tech out for 2 weeks. We called a outside company to come trouble shoot the issue. A hose was busted that is no longer used or manufactured. The only reason im giving one star verses none is because they came and picked up their faulty equipment. Ill never buy another washer or dryer from best buy again.
