Zero stars. I purchased this model as well as a similar one previously and BOTH experienced issues with the spin cycle and either loose or faulty bearings. After using the current model, the balancer (stabilizer) completely broke inside the washer, which caused a loud banging noise with each wash cycle afterwards (see pics below). This requires my family to get, yet, another washer. Mind you, we’ve only had our washer for approximately 6/7 months. I think it’s obvious that it will NOT be from Samsung.

Great product I bought the matching set. I like the WiFi capability and the Steam options. Dryer takes half the time as the old one.

It was a good washer, the barrel was big enough to fit blankets and it has a lot of wash options. Sometimes it can be overwhelming and the end cycle tune is a little long but it functions really well otherwise.

This is our 2nd Samsung Washing Machine, but our 1st front-loading one, though. We love the steam-sanitizer feature and how it was automatically detected by our SmartThings app!

Bestbuy installed it
At the first cycle it started ok
After few minutes when I left the room the machine started vibrating
The top cover came off
Damaged the flooring
Damage the back wall
Also damaged the bottom cover
And after 4 weeks of property damage claim no one contacted me yet
Also I contacted Bestbuy customer service for 15 times already and all they are saying is that someone will contact you soon

Brand new washer flooded my basement.

Brand new washer flooded our basement after less than two weeks in service. It flooded for me, and again when the service tech ran a cycle to troubleshoot. BB replaced it with another new unit, and started a claim to rectify flood damage. The new one is working great so far. Note: The companion dryer also failed in less than 30 days of use.
