I purchased this model as well as a similar one previously and BOTH experienced issues with the spin cycle and either loose or faulty bearings. After using the current model, the balancer (stabilizer) completely broke inside the washer, which caused a loud banging noise with each wash cycle afterwards (see pics below). This requires my family to get, yet, another washer. Mind you, we’ve only had our washer for approximately 6/7 months. I think it’s obvious that it will NOT be from Samsung.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming and the end cycle tune is a little long but it functions really well otherwise.

Brand new washer flooded my basement.

It flooded for me, and again when the service tech ran a cycle to troubleshoot. BB replaced it with another new unit, and started a claim to rectify flood damage. The new one is working great so far. Note: The companion dryer also failed in less than 30 days of use. See review there.
