It washes pretty good. Basic and what I need. Also not too high so I can reach the bottom without over exerting. Same with my wife that is a a couple inches shorter

I've had it only a couple of months, but I like the size of the tub with no agitator. I also like the stainless steel tub. Many different modes to use. I was also able link it to my phone with the app. It tells me when the load is done or if any trouble is encoutered such as uneven load distribution.

The washer is very easy to use. We love the large washtub. We are able to wash a full set of king bed linens, sheets, blankets and comforter all at the same time. It has really helped us reduce the amount of loads we have to do weekly.

its really perfect and great value for the money. it fit our small laundry room and save some space for my dryer. Amazing

I like the brand and the washer, when installed the washer is still not balanced. It still makes a knocking noise when it is in spin mode. This is a replacement of the new washer replacement, dur to the same issue.

I really enjoy the Samsung washer. It's even hooked up to the phone and notifies me when the load is done. I think the only downside it does take a moment to begin to wash and/or adds water. I think the first time I've tried. I turned it off and on several times and almost called Best Buy, but I waited. Only because the guys installed had it working. Sure enough it works just fine.

I think I made an excellent purchase thanks to the help I had in the store giving me advice and options on what was best for me and I thank you because I am very happy with my new washing machine.

This is the first washer we’ve ever bought and it’s been amazing! The installation process was seamless. And we’ve had no issues with the washer. I appreciate that it’s a smart washer and we can connect it to our google home to let us know when the laundry is completed!

Great washer. Especially like the glass top. Easy to use with all the settings. Does not tangle up the clothes like my previous washer. Saves on water with the sensor on it.

Liked the bedding setting because it drains slower than the normal setting so it doesn't fill the drain pipe in the house as fast.

Samsung never fails. Super quiet and cleans superb. Had bought a Maytag first, but it was so noisy that we took it back and got the Samsung. A bit more expensive, but completely worth it.
