I wanted to like the washing machine, but almost every load we got was going off balance. It required constant oversight of every load. There could be an in depth learning curve where you can figure out how to get loads to work, but that would involve adding an extra towel when needed so it’s perfectly balanced and ensuring you use the perfect spin speed per what you’re washing. It shouldn’t be that difficult. We ended up returning for a front loader and are glad we did.

Some models you can’t do that. Be advised it will not let you alter some of the settings in other cycles.

We had another Samsung for many years and loved it until it started rusting on the inside rim. Replacing it with another Samsung was an easy choice but has been a huge disappointment. It’s noisy and the cycles are not as user friendly.

DORTHNEY from the west coast was someone who is a horrible and doesnt care about the customer service experience. Don't call the best buy number cause you talk to a foreign person that knows nothing about your order even if you give them all the information. After thsi experience I personally don't want to buy a big item purchase feom Best buy again
