THE smart app doesn't work half the time I want it on cold all the time and the app does what it wants I want it on cold all the time but it wants to stay on warm I am trying to save engry

This washer sucks. My last Samsung lasted 4 years and and then it needed to repair they didn't want to pay for so I had to pick out a new one. This one has auto water which is so bad. If I put a foot of heavy towels in the washing machine it will literally fill up with only a few inches of water to wash all that crap. I've tried recalibrating all I can do is just fill it with water first by hand with that little nozzle thing and then just start the cycle with more water in it already it's such a piece of crap

Worst experience ever

Had to exchange the washer twice because of issues with the first one and the second one they brought was dented. Geek Squad purposely installed the hot/cold water hoses on the third final washer incorrectly and I had to switch them out myself. The manager or employees must’ve been mad they had to make multiple trips for something that wasn’t my fault.

I did purchase a Washing machine and it's great.Im still waiting for a 100 gift card promised to me by Best Buy.The treatment I have received after washer was delivered is criminal. I can't get my gift card Even in person no one at The Best buy store could help me.Best Buy is a Rip Off.

Had to have spin/drain mechanism replaced within 3 weeks of having it delivered! Did not receive user manual for our model!

We are ticked off because we were promised by our salesman 10% back on our purchase in the form of gift cards, but received absolutely nothing after spending over $1600.

It works great, the space is awesome. It’s just right with the measurements.It does the job of cleaning clothes, comforter sets which it can handle. Great price and great deal.

This was not my first choice. But it should have been. It does a great job and it doesn’t have the technology that the front loader had that is unreliable and breaks. This one is just a worker that does a great job.
