I love this washer! The capacity is insane and the Smart features make life so much easier!

This was a replacement for an older front opening washing machine. The two best features are the top loading large size drum with impeller and how quiet the machine operates. I'm a big fan. I can't speak to the "Smart" app functions as I prefer not to be connected to my washing machine. I did not receive an owners manual to assist with setup but I was able to find it online.

Great washer at a fair price. This washer is very quite compared to our old GE one that broke after only 5 years. It is super efficient and uses less water and less power than are GE one. It has a lot of nice features including Wi-Fi so it can alert you on your phone when your wash is done.

This washer is a good choice. Very good at getting the job done, just a little louder than I would like it to be. The price was great, so I can deal with a tiny bit of noise in exchange.

Do a lot of washing? This one is for you. Big loads small loads it takes care of it all. Super energy efficient with sensors to detect how much water really needs to be used for various load sizes. There is an option for every type of load and you can even customize it is necessary. Setup is easy, hubby was able to install all by himself and videos are available if you’re not sure. Why spend extra on someone to install it for you when it was made easy enough to do it all yourself!!

Modern design, not overly contrived with superfluous options. Very quiet and huge basin which is necessary for our family.

For the price you can't beat it. It is quite and washes clothes very well. The delivery and setup service was A1. Very polite and helpful. I enjoy using Bestbuy.

Bought a GE washer from Lowe’s and it never worked properly. Lowe’s wouldn’t discuss it with me so went to GE and returned washer. GE gave me a check for my payment and went online ordered Samsung washer. Have never looked back. I actually enjoy laundry now…well almost. Thank you Best Buy
