My clothes come out pretty wet and when I go to wring them out again it does another rinse and gets them all wet again. It’s also rusting out really bad Where you put the soap in. Ive never used bleach in this washer. I don’t understand why it’s all rusting out and I can’t use it because rusty metal is falling out all over my clothes. Do not buy this.

Either if it’s one shirt or a full load it rocks so hard that my whole complex probably hears it and then says unbalanced and starts filling it to the top with water wasting it. I’m ready to throw this in the trash someone come get this junk.

Dont buy this one (or maybe any Samsung).

The washer was working great but a little over a year is absurd. I have the Best Buy total care plan, which I would not recommend because they charge a $79 service fee. If you bought the actual extended warranty, no service fee.

Keep looking! Parts fail every 4 years or so
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this was really great until the suspension rods went bad and every load is unbalanced and won’t spin. Luckily I have the warranty so won’t have to come out of pocket for the $585 repair. When they fail again in another 4 years (according to the repair tech), I will need to decide to fix it myself for ~$200 or start over with a new washer.

Quit working after only one year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine for a year then stopped due to a voltage problem. Best Buy is coming out this week to hopefully fix it. I'm 57 yrs old, I've lived a lot of places and had a lot of washers. I've never had a washer stop working, much less one that's only one year old. I'll never buy Samsung again.
