I just love love my new washing machine. I live in an apartment and the machine is very quiet, which will not disturb my neighbors downstairs.

It works well - it's quiet and cleans quickly. It steams up a bit on the the being a see-through top loader.

I love the large capacity. We've only had it a couple of weeks but we are very happy so far. It handles any load large or small without effort.

I love how large this washer is. I can wash my comforter in this and not worry about whether it is truly getting clean or not.

I bought the washer and dryer combo and it works great. It has a ton of features and settings plus the black stainless steel looks great.

generally good, it seems too big for my wife because she is not too tall. another complaint is you can not open the lid while it's workding

This washer fits a full laundry basket and then some! Can wash a king size comforter with ease! Handwash feature is amazing

We really like the washer very quiet and a great upgrade from a previous washer that came with house.

Great to wash clothes! The best part of the washer is the size, it can fit literally anything to wash.

We love the "pre-wash sink"...it is so convenient for pre treating stains. We have had no issues with the machine. I do notice that sometimes there is a dust build up that can transfer to the clothes (I hope that is what it is) and because they are rung out so tightly you will see it on the washed clothes. If I keep the "sink" down, this help with that. I keep the other part of the lid open until it is dry inside to prevent any odor. I think this is more typical with any washer though.

We recently purchased this with some reluctance due to the recall we have been very happy with zero problems. Best Buy stood behind the product.

The washer is a bit deeper than I am used to, but it fits well in the space. It is a lot quieter than my last machine was too!

This is the 5.2 model, but I bought the larger one with 7+ cubic ft. I love it so much! I have 4 kids and laundry is constant. This machine can do huge loads, even quilts and comforters are not a problem. It is efficient with detergent and energy, and also has a convenient built in "sink" for handwashing items. It has tons of setting options and "sings" a cheerful song when the cycle is complete. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely love this new washer!! The self clean feature is great and the drum is huge!!!

Large washer, relatively quiet...but it fails at the most important function for a washing machine. It just doesn’t clean well. I had a few toothpaste spots on my shirt and after washing a load...the spots are still there. Socks never come out sparkling white and I always use tide, plus Clorox. Don’t waste your money
