I love how my cloths come out when I use the machine, and have never had it come unbalanced on a heavy normal load of clothes. It cant handle the bedding setting, and why Samsung would make it to where it rinses the items over and over again instead of pausing the load and flashing a code Is beyond me. When I said it can handle larger loads though I never meant it was quiet. This machine is loud. very loud and vibrates excessively, squeals, and bangs even with only one child's blanket in it. The last thing is the lid. Whoever designed this lid is not the brightest. Who wants something constantly falling on their head? I returned it because It showed its true colors very quickly, and best buy helped me like they are expected to do.

THE WASHING AND DRYING OPTIONS ARE GREATER THAN THE UNITS THAT THEY REPLACED. THE ANTICIPATED TIMING IS CLOSE TO ACCURATE. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE TOP LOADING UNIT--MUCH BETTER THAN THE FRONT LOADER IT REPLACED. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE WELL TRAINED AND COURTEOUS.
