It constantly falls on my hand and is a major nuisance. If I could the one w/o I would exchange in a heart beat! The washer itself is fine but way too many elec. controls for un-needed choices. At least for me. It was on sale. What can I say?

Although when washing regular laundry a white residue gets left on the clothes. Now I wash everything in deep water to try to avoid that. Overall it’s ok, but was questioning my decision after the first load.
