Just bought this... and all has been great. Setting are easy and the machine is silent. No tumbling or rattling. over all I’m impressed with performance. 1 thing that I do wish it did is, open the lid while it fill up with water. That way u can add more clothes that u might have forgotten or add detergent directly into the washer. Other then that... PERFECT!

The machine works really well. It has many features and it capacity is huge.

So far, very good. Extra large capacity does make it hard to reach, but I bought a step stool and don't mind. I wanted the ability to wash comforters. Large loads of towels have not become unbalanced, very quiet. In the past, I washed all my sweaty smelly workout clothes on a heavy duty, hot water cycle. I decided to try the active wear wash and clothes don't smell and will probably hold up better. Very happy so far. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a louder end of cycle signal so I would know when it's finished.

Loved the recalled washer and this one only upped the things we liked about it. Larger capacity and more wash cycles and bonus lid that won't explode and injure someone! Quality washing machine that tackles the toughest stuff a family with two boys under the age of 6 can throw at it.

Especially after purchasing a lemon dishwasher at another store last month, I really read reviews. Paid good money for this washing machine and I REALLY love it. It iis quiet and also large enough. Several people have complained about not being able to reach the bottom of the tub after laundry is washed. I'm 5'8" and it does not hinder me. I would recommend getting a trash pick up tool at Home Depot to get clothes at the bottom if it cannot be reached. Also some complaints about bumping your head on the "hand wash device". I got used to it so quickly that I avoid it. Overall, I am very very happy with this washing machine, and actually paid about $50-100 less as this model may be last years and is exactly like another model that is maybe .5 cubic feet larger. One half cubit feet isn't worth the extra bucks. I will buy the matching dryer when my current one bites the dust. Loves Best Buy's delivery and installation service also. Very quick and professional.

Clothes wash very nicely. Washer can handle a decent size load. I love the hand wash part too!

Bought this to replace an LG washer whose computer board was failing. This is an improvement over the LG. Very clean clothes and huge capacity. The only negative is the washtub is really deep! I had to buy my 5'-1" wife one of those grabber arms to get the clothes out of the bottom of the tub when I or our sons aren't home. Highly recommend!

Great Washer, quiet, can handle large loads and looks great.

It's pretty cool to be able to soak your clothes on the top and the washer itself is big. So far, it's working great and my clothes are coming out clean. My only negative comment is that the washer is deep. I'm 5'3 so I feel like I'm going to fall in when reaching for the clothes on the bottom. Other than that, I'm a happy customer :-)

I really like this washer. Large load capacity, has the quick wash bin, etc. But, I keep hitting my head on the underside of the bin when getting the clothes out. I don’t want to keep taking it off/ putting back on as I don’t want a small piece to break off if I continue doing that. Otherwise, I love the washer.

Found this at a great price on sale at Best Buy. So far has not disappointed. It holds large loads well, is good and quiet and washes very well. Love having the steam function even though my days of “contaminated” uniforms are over. Wife is happy, always a big plus!

We just upgraded to this washer and all I can say is wow! We are coming from a 4.2 Cu. Ft. Machine so this one is much larger and allows for a much larger load of clothes which of course saves us time. Samsung machines are reliable from the feedback I’ve read online as well. Wish it had WiFi but not a deal breaker.

I love this washer. The tub is huge and is great for households that has a lot of laundry. If you are short you may want to think twice because it is hard to get laundry from the bottom of the tub. I stand on my tippy toes. The washer has so many different settings and options. I am so happy that I disregarded the bad reviews. I love the black color of the washer as well.

The washer is energy efficient, quiet and easy to use.
