This washer allows me to wash larger loads in an efficient way. I like how the washer beeps when it is done with the load. I can adjust the setting based on what I'm washing and the clothes came out fine. Haven't had problems so far as I've been using it over 1 1/2 month.

This is our first time owning this brand of machine. It has been the best washer we've owned so far. Roomy, beautiful and quiet. If you looking for a GREAT washer, I say get you one of these and GOOD LUCK as we are having

This is an excellent washer. The huge size allows washing of blankets, pillows, and LOTs of clothes. The drum is very deep, so you do need to be tall to reach the clothes. Liquid soap works best, and takes very little to clean. Very quiet, and a little chirp when done.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! I never thought I would be so excited and happy to do laundry but this washing machine is so amazing. It has so many different settings and adjustments that you can pick from so it knows exactly how to wash. One of my favorite features is the water jet, because I like to rinse my measuring cup thing that laundry detergent goes in. My clothing smells AMAZING like as if it were done at a laundromat in a massive washer machine. My ONLY complaint (barely a complaint) is that it is SO deep I can barely reach the bottom to get out socks and things that get down there. Again, barely a complaint about the washer, more my height if anything. I will repurchase in the future when its time for a new pair. I absolutely love this set!!!

I love this washer. It has so many functions for different needs. It's beautiful, large capacity, and very quiet. I think the water level auto sensor is the best. And, it plays a song when the cycle is done.

I am 5'3" and the tub is so deep I can't reach things in the very bottom. I am disappointed with all of these settings it has yet the only one that we found is deep wash or bedding setting that fills with enough water to cover our clothes. The efficiency settings barely put any water, but I guess this is the standard with these high efficiency units nowadays. The washer is gorgeous looking and we just ordered the matching dryer. We joyfully washed everything we could find including great big comforters and are thrilled with the size of wash tub. More than adequate! I love the little drop down wash bowl! It is super quiet while in use. We just got it so my rating is based on brand new experience not over the long term.

Love this washer! I love the large capacity it holds and have even tested out its limits. Easy to use, though I have to get a step stool to reach the bottom to pull out all the clothes since I am 5' tall.

I bought the washer and dryer pair, but I am surely a bigger fan of the washer. It is really big and comfortably fits a king comforter. It removes pet hair really well and it is very quiet. I like the features and how easy it was to get used to the options and features. One drawback is the placement of the detergent drawer. When I try to pour in detergent the wash sink is in the way. Overall it was a great deal and slick design.

We previously had similar model that I absolutely love (purchased in 2018). We sold our house and unfortunately for our pocket, had to update washer and dryer at new house. We bought same brand with same functions. I love everything about this washer, except the "pre-wash tub" attached to the top opening. We used this washer for one full month now (it was delivered on 9/15/20) and this tub is annoying, because you can't remove it when not in use (which I haven't used yet) and it's on the way (I bump my head on it and can't see through it when checking on load going). So, that's the only reason I give it 4 our of 5 stars.

Very good washer. It's is very deep so if you are short in height you my need a stool to get things out of the bottom. I am 5'5 and I just make it. Other than that washes great and is so quiet.

I have had this washing machine for a week now and I love how much cleaner my laundry feels and smells. I love how much room it has for larger loads and the sink is so handy to have for spot treatments. So far so good!

This product seems to be much better than the previous ActiveWash I had. I've only done a couple of loads of laundry and it's clean (haven't done any heavy duty dirt) and quieter. Has all the options I need. Use the delay option a lot.

This washer has a lot of functions i have not had chance to explore but it is extra large and clothes cone out pretty clean. I was concerned that loads were too big to clean properly but clothes cone out pretty clean.

This washer is great. Has above average capacity with a variety of washing cycles. Noise level is low and does a high quality job in cleaning. Samsung products never fail...

At this time, I’m loving the fact that the tub is large enough to accommodate more than one beddings. Also, it’s very quiet and the color goes well with my decor!

We purchased this washing machine at the outlet store and are pleasantly surprised at the quality. The washing machine works very well and it’s very quiet. I love how many towels I can wash at one time!!

So far I’ve had no issues. But I’ve only had it for a month. Its cleans clothes and has a lot of room. I got it on clearance so the price was great! It is very quiet.

Purchased as a set. Best duo I have purchased. Washes very well. It is deep! It’s quiet as well. I love the steam washing. Most definitely happy about this purchase.

I’m very happy with this washer. Easy to use, many practical settings for washing, and a huge was basin to accommodate big loads. Such an upgrade from my older model.

I love the capacity of the washer. It does get unbalanced at times with large items but that is easily fixed and it cleans well; if rating that I would give it a 4 or 5. And the Best Buy installers were polite and prompt and professional. But in buying from Samsung you are working with a company that has HORRIBLE customer service. A shame, because the products are nice. But the customer service is a maze of voice mail. Once you DO reach someone they are usually polite but they lie to the customers and there are some reps that are just purely rude to the point of threatening to just close the ticket rather than offering help. And after MONTHS of haggling with them my issue is still not resolved. Buyer beware.
