Our old LG machine finally hit the end of its life after about 10 years. We purchased this Samsung Machine and so far; have absolutely been satisfied. It has 2 "Pet Hair" Filters in the Wash Basin that catch all kinds of small items along with hair. So far, we couldn't be happier with this Samsung Washer.

We love this washer! It is very easy to clean and has some smart features if your interested in them. I really like having notifications on my phone when its finished.

Great capacity, quiet, perfect for large families with pets

Huge washer capacity. The bin is so deep, my wife had to buy a stool to get the items at the bottom. The app function is nice to get notifications when the cycle has finished.

Hands down the best washer to have if you have pets. Love the fact that the traps get most of the fur off the cloths before it makes it to the dry…

Very happy with the purchase. The machine is very silent and working great. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and Samsung did a great job.

happy with purchase. coming from the 5.8 lg signature front loader and am not regretting the change. does a much better job with pet hair.

Washer is big and fancy. Has many modes to choose from that fits your washer needs. Delivery guys were friendly too. Highly recommended!

So far this washer has been good. The capacity is bigger than I thought which is good especially for washing big bedding.

The set looks great. The machines are taller than the ones I had previously at home. The digital display looks great, I like the blue color option, and I am enjoying the smart functions it offers. I haven’t used the pet function yet to tell if it really does what it claims it does. My only complaint so far is that when the washer begins to spin slowly right before the water starts to fill up the tank at the beginning of any cycle, the tank bangs lightly on the sides of the machine, but then finds its balance and works just fine. Defect? Normal? I guess we’ll have to contact Samsung customer service to get support on this issue.
