Absolutely love this washer. Very user friendly. Deep tub for easy washing of large loads and bedding. 2 cats in this house and it is very effective in getting pet hair.

I love the deep washer drum. It seems to better balance a larger load. I also love the soft close lid. I barely touch it and it will gently close.

This is a very nice washer. The barrel is much larger than I expected. You can easily wash large items like comforters and dog beds.

Never heard of a pet friendly washer before, with the new trap it picks up so much dog fur and is keeping it from getting into our plumbing would recommend to anyone with pets

We haven't owned our Samsung HE Smart washer long, but so far it has provided us some of the best washing options and cleaning than any other washing machine that we've owned.

I was actually looking for a Samsung front loader when i came actoss this Samsung top loader. Love the amount of laundry i can do in one wash. Wifi, pet care solution and suoer speed wash are a plus. The bushed navy color look great in our utility room. Best Buy had it on a sale at great price.

Our previous Samsung washer/dryer set recently broke after 6 years. I was hesitant to get another Samsung set because this life expectancy seemed very short, however, we decided to give this pair a chance. So far, this is a great washer. It’s a very sleek look/color, and the setting options make it easy to select the right cycle per load. Only cons: It is a top loader (so it is deeper and therefore harder to reach clothing at the bottom for us shorter people) So far I haven’t found a way to set a “my cycle” like I was able to do on my previous Samsung set.
