It's a bit early to rate the Samsung washer, but it is doing a find job so far. It takes its time, but I'm in no hurry to put laundry away. It is very deep and not for short folks without a stool.

Just replaced another Samsung Washer that was great. This one is even better. More features, super quiet, and the value for the money. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Purchased the set in store. Wanted the Navy Blue, but was not available at the time. Called the next morning, because the blue had become available and they made the exchange over the phone, so I got exactly what I wanted. Other than the fact it's super tall for this 5'4 girl, I was prepared and already had a stool to stand on. This washer has some great features and once you figure it out, it's a dream. Don't hesitate to buy it!

We purchased the this Samsung washer & matching gas dryer three weeks ago. We also purchased this installation and removal package as well. The two guys that did the installation and removal were awesome. They came early, worked fast and clean. Moving from an older Maytag washer/dryer combo took a couple of loads to get used to, but works well! What's the first difference is the size of the drum... if you are under 5'6", you will need a set of long handled tongs to reach to bottom of the huge drum. The washer works great on all of the various cycles we've used so far, and I've found that my polo shirts seemed to be a little cleaner. The washer did a great job on the king-sized sheets too, primarily because we can put in both sheets and pillow cases in one load! We could not do that with the old washer. We still have not gotten to the "Smart" washer part, where we can communicate with the washer via a Samsung app on out phone! All in all... a great washer, and we are pleased with it and the Best Buy team,

Love the way it works and the settings. Only problem is it is so deep I have to use tongs to pick up my clothes in the bottom of the washer. Works well. Very happy with this machine. Just wish Best Buy was a little easier to deal with when I tried to use my Verizon discount. That was a hassle!

Samsung offers a great washer and dryer. Does a great job with the clothes and it's fairly quiet compared to the GE I had before

Machine is performing well. Deeper than anticipated and for a shorter person may be an issue getting laundry out. Love all the load selection feature and how it can handle large loass. It sould come with a better user guide if online access isn’t available.

Great machine. Quick, fast, quiet ... and has handled everything I have throw at it. I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

I love all the settings this washer offers and the large sized tub. I love Samsung products so, this was a great purchase.

Have had this for for 3 months and is everything we need. It is quiet and large enough for decent size loads. It is deep so if you have a child doing the laudry or you have shorter arms it may be slightly difficult to get sock or smaller garments at the bottom. Overall happy with the purchase and so far so good.

Well, since there is no agitator, this thing can fit almost anything that you want to wash in, so that's great. And since there is no agitator, I know that it's not going to rip my clothes. But then, because of the same reason, when the tumbler turns, the clothes do not turn, they just float and barely turn. I feel like my old front load machine that I could not fit anything in was more effective, and gave me cleaner laundry. This is not bad at all but sometimes, I just put some stuff in the second time, and I use oxiclean more.

Very good product. Our old Samsung dryer we thought it had went out so i bought a new set (it was actually something very small electrical in the house that was the issue) any who, we got a new set and it works fine. Love the samsung smart things notifications when the loads are done. The old ones we had for 8 yrs and probably would have had it longer. Samsung makes good solid products.

Does a relly great job on cleaning clothes. love that it has a timer to let you know exactly how much longer it has. hadles big loads with no issues. Cant even tell its running with how quite it is.
