    I bought this stove on Black Friday because I had my eye on it all year and it was such a good price for the holidays. I was so excited to install it only to find out once we opened it it was not as pictured AT ALL ! The screen is NOT black and is very tiny compared to the one pictured. Best Buy was awesome at helping me with my return. They offered to have a new one shipped (just in case they might have accidentally sent the wrong one initially) but sadly it was the same wrong one sent. So upset but I guess it’s a manufacture thing.. Best Buy did an awesome job at helping me.. bummed because I really wanted this oven !

    We were excited to be getting a new stove and ours arrived the day before Thanksgiving. I checked it out and noticed that the oven wasn't getting hot enough. The stove doesn't come with a User Manual and this was an issue. I went to the Samsung website and readjusted the setting per their directions. The next day we cooked a turkey dinner and the oven temp varied by some 25-30℉ from our separate oven thermometer. I had signed up for the Best Buy service plan. When the guy came he ran a complete temperature analysis. He concluded by saying the Samsung specs their oven temp tolerance to be ± 9 degrees C. This converts to ± 48 degrees F. He said he could do nothing more. you kidding me?!! How can anyone cook on this stove? We are very disappointed by this experience and by the repair man's blasé attitude! We are considering contacting the State Attorney General's office about this matter.

    The oven needed to be calibrated. I bought anew stove because my prior oven was not accurate. A serviceman came to recalibrate but I’m still not satisfied with the oven.

    the worst appliance purchase experience ever

    the stove we purchased on nov 8 had broken glass. so we filed return and exchange for new one. the new one is installed today. As was explained to your crew, the fire department had to be called. The first install with the broken stove was not installed correctly. The fire department discovered it was leaking from the supply line they installed because they did not use pipe dope. Our tenant is still nauseous and has a headache. Thank goodness there wasn't an explosion. We tried to explain this over the phone and they said the only recourse was to file a complaint online. My tenant's thanksgiving was ruined because you couldn't replace stove in time and on top of that our apartment was slowly leaking gas that was being inhaled. I mean how much worse could that get?

    Samsung gas range

    Four out of five burners did not work. One burner had gas escaping. Two service visits could not fix problems. One service person chipped the white enamel in 3 places as he tried to get the top range portion to open. Knowing of the gas leak, no one shut off the gas line. You cannot call the store directly. I had to make many visits to get help. The 800 number personnel messed things. I had a 3 yr. warranty. Because it was an open box they would not exchange gas range for a new one. It was a nightmare. It had it in my house 3 weeks and I could not use it.

    I am so beyond dissatisfied with this range one burner refuses to turn on the oven has also gone out right at a year and a half and the enamel interior is chipping off like crazy
