I've had this range for 26 months and the oven just stopped working. Previous oven was a basic Whirpool that lasted over 10 years. I enjoy cooking so I bought something nicer when the Whirlpool broke. I'm very upset that it only lasted a bit over 2 years, because it was a joy to cook with. The burners still work, and the dual burner is really nice. Support was only interested in redirecting me to repair facilities, which are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the single most expensive Samsung product I've ever purchased, and they've lost me as a customer. I've purchased a couple TVs, phones, and SSDs, but never again. I filed a claim with my credit card's extended warranty in hopes they will help me out.

Do not buy Samsung. I used to be a loyal buyer until they lied about their preorder bonuses.

Loaded with features. we looked at slide in but would have cost at least twice as much. This is a really nice appliance.

Purchased this range in 2020. Had to replace an expensive part in 2023, just before my warranty expired thankfully. Now it's not even a year later and that same part has gone bad again. Sad, but it will cost me just as much for that part as it would for a new oven, and this one isn't even 4 years old!

For some reason the review I submitted previously (a couple weeks ago), Best Buy did not post…I wanted to provide an update anyway. On February 15, 2019, my Samsung Range died after only 3 months (to the day) of ownership/use. From the 15th to the 17th, I spent no less than 10 hours fighting with Samsung to acknowledge I purchased the range, in order for them to warranty, because Samsung does not accept the receipt Best Buy provides to online purchasers. Anyways, 17 days have past, my range has not been repaired, and I’ve had one contractor (2 service appointments) tell me my range cannot be repaired. Instead of replacing the appliance, Samsung opened another ticket with another contractor for them to examine my defective, nonoperative range. This of course will require more time off work and more dinning out, that are costs Samsung refers to as inconveniences. I would be remiss, if I did not mention that Samsung warranty representatives, continually make promises (captured via online chat) that were not honored. Needless to say, Samsung has lost me as a customer.

I would not advise anyone to buy this stove unless you buy a warranty that includes everything. When turning on the oven I have to light the burner on top to get the oven to light. I bought this in sept 2018 and within one and a half years that broke. As of today 11/2023 I was cooking and the buttons stopped working. I had to pull out stove unplug and shut off gas to shut off the stove. It has been a nightmare. I will never will buy Samsung again.
