This range works great in my kitchen the color is great

I was glad I made the purchase love the 5th burner

The simmer burner is very convenient. Easy to clean.

The top of the oven door / handle gets extremely hot to the point that my wife was burned just opening the over, also the broiler heats mainly one side of the over and the oven itself is not heating up evenly

Range looked great, had what I was looking for and thought I bought it but BB switched my purchase to a different model. Glad I noticed their error before they delivered a model that I did not want.

It’s not a bad stove however you must remember when using the oven you have to push bake to hold the temperature have forgot to this a number of times oven stays off until you push bake

I have owned this less than 6 months and it caught on fire. Something electrically burnt up, caused a ton of smoke, and the fire department responded. They said it was an issue with the unit and all you could smell was the electrical burning smell. I contacted Samsung after speaking with to two different reps, who asked me all the same pedigree questions they said I would receive an email (which I never did). So i had to call back and get additional information once i did they said i had to schedule an appt with their 3rd party vendor (HSN) who I called multiple times and all I got was an answering machine. SAMSUNG told me it would be 24-48 at least to get an appt once HSN calls me back. If your product catches fire inside someone's home your priority should be to rectify the situation. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again.

The only problem is with Oven. My wife bakes bread and she complain that it doesn't bake bread as old Whirpool. Probably she needs to get used to this one.

This Gas Range need to improve in quality. Because KNOBS and side wall steel sheet NOT the BestBuy standard in finishing

I am disappointed to see that my range came chipped and painted over. You can tell this range has been used. This is an Open Box Range and Not a New one that is what I bought. I will be contacting customer service. It does function like it must, but I did just got it yesterday and have not had a chance to use it in it's entirely

Nice stove only bad thing it scratches up quick on the silver part.

I called to have just the grates that are warped and was told the complete stovehad to be rehooking up the gas again.placed. That means we have added expense of a plumber

Looks nice, burners work, but oven will not turn on the first time trying to use it. will need to reach out to manufacturer to see if this is covered. FYI - I have other high end Samsung stoves which I highly recommend, this one may be a one off case.

Nice out look, but heat insulation is not very good, when we use broil and bake, the top part become very hot, even the control screen become untouchable.

I purchased this for my mother and the oven quit working. Samsung did not stand behind the warranty

It was really the incompetent delivery. Who knows if the stove is any good.

This stove was defective and caused a gas leak. Fire dept had to be called along with gas company. I was told my 2yr couldn't stay in the home overnight due to high levels of CO. Don't buy! I got red tagged and the CO levels went above the range of the gas company's monitor. We were told we could've died if we didnt have a CO detector
