I will never buy another Porcelain unit. The unit is hard to clean and the upkeep is just horrible. The owners manual doesn’t give exact instruction on how to clean it.

Had gas leak still have no stove in my house this has been my worst nightmare of a purchase ever and still no resolve.

I hate this stove It takes forever to heat up Literally boiling water takes forever

I needed something to replace a white stove I got as a "placeholder" less than a year ago. The stove I replaced was more like this, 5 burners, grates across the whole top, and the temp unit I purchased when it failed was just a standard 4 burner with these nasty burners that wouldn't even sit flat. I finally decided to take advantage of the sales over the holidays and loved the looks of this. My entire house had white appliances, so this was the first step to stainless steel, and I knew it would spur me further (and indeed it did, less than 6 weeks later I've replaced everything in the house). I love the looks. The stainless and black make this look just superb in my kitchen. I don't have complex needs, being a single parent of my son, so we're pretty basic people when it comes to cooking. But I use my stovetop to store my two most used items, a 12 inch skillet, and a 12 inch wok, so having the grates cover the entire surface make this a much easier thing to do, as I'm not limited to just the four corners to put something. The burners work great, light quickly, and I love having the long one in the middle again, since that works great under my rectangular cast iron pancake sheet. I like that the oven actually shows me the temp as it's preheating, so I can see how close I am. I've never had that before. The one thing I would complain about is the brightness of the LED for the clock. In the night, it's like a night light, and I wish it was toned down like the microwave above it is. And the rear of the racks in the oven tip upwards, which annoys me for some of my pans, since they won't sit flat now as they would normally rest the full length of the stove in my previous one, but this one won't let them. So I have to be careful depending on what I'm cooking and what sheet I'm using. Usually it's not an issue since I can put pans in there so they go left to right for the long direction, but when doing things like jerky when I have several pans on each shelf, I have to have them lengthwise front to back, and they are just a little too long for this rack to sit flat now, compared to the previous stoves. But the oven holds a temp well, makes my cooking and baking as easy as it can be, and for a single dad, that's critical. I'm no gourmet... And it looks spectacular while being functional, and having picked it up on sale, I can't complain.

I spent qulite a while reading online and talking with different sales people in different stores looking for a basic but well built, EVEN cooking, hopefully long lasting range. We have had the range a week. Well designed, excellent adjusting burners...griddle near high makes golden brown pancakes, oven heats evenly to temp designated, oven door and gasket are quality, sides of stove not hot except where the two vents are located, all different sized burners with a small low burning one for non stick hot cereal cooking. . WONDERFUL. What I've learned is that stoves, in fact appliances, are now expected to last 7plus years...used to be 15yrs. I think the weak link is the circuit board. Our old stove, an Amana..very fancy range...had it's circuit board blow out when the power came back on recently after a regional power outage.. SO: I've installed a surge protector....2000 Joule recommended. WE will see how long this one lasts. One salesman at Home Depot told me that Samsung puts a lot into R&R. The feel of the stove testifies to that fact.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It cooks evenly, and very easy to clean. It's beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. I got it on sale and is one of the best purchases I've made. I love this stove.

Everything is great on this unit so far, the only thing to note is that you need to manually adjust the oven to the correct temperature. Mine was set by default to be almost 30+ degrees below the actual temp. I had a thermometer instrument in the oven to check and it was far below the stated temperature on the display. Check the manual and it'll tell you how to adjust the heat correctly, after that the oven worked perfectly. Just a caveat in case people think there is something wrong as it's not heating up enough. For the price of around $450, it was a huge bargain in my opinion compared to the other units in that range with it's overall build quality seeming to be extremely solid.

After 5 years, I am giving it 4 stars. The igniter is failing.

The oven range was everything as described by others that gave this a glowing review. However, in order to get the oven up to 350 degrees, I had to set it at 390 degrees. Since you can only adjust the readout plus or minus 35 degrees, it is still five degrees off. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. I will contact Samsung and update the review if anything is done to fix it.

This range worked well for 6 years and then failed with a gas leak. A kind of failure that should never happen.

The temperature on this is unacceptably unstable, wastes heat/energy, and the iron grates are all slightly warped—so pans wabble on the stove top. It looks good for the price, but it’s absolute garbage.

Like that it has 5 top burners ....wifey love it...5 stars

I love it love love love love love love it it's great

After One year burners stop igniting and the center grill size burner only lights half of the burner, other half just passes un-burned natural gas. One day the ignitor for the stove top would not turn off, had to unplug the unit to resolve. Stay away from this product big waste of money. I thought Samsung was a trusted brand but have re-thought that after this experience.

This stove leaks gas when not in use and the oven temperature is way lower than what the digital display reads.
