Easy to use. Cooks wonderfully. My whole family enjoys cooking and baking, which never happened before.

OK, I love this stove. Extremely good layout with storage below, a generous oven, and 5 burners. The front ones are extraordinarily powerful, medium is hot as my prior stove got on high, so the heat can be intense. Controls are logical and on the front so you don't have to reach over the burners. Haven't used the center griddle yet, but hope to soon.

We love this range! We purchased because our other range of over 20 years went out. The range works beautifully! We have had it about one month and have not used every variation/option yet, but what we have used has worked great! This range comes with a "faux" cast iron griddle for the middle....really not worth using, though aesthetically pleasing....we purchased a Lodge reversible griddle/grill and it works beautifully on the middle burner! (We are avid cast iron users) We have used the convection option when making a 15 lb Prime Rib and it turned out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! First time making a PERFECT Prime Rib! Highly recommend the Convection function. Baked several things on normal bake function and came out delicious. The only disappointment is the small, flimsy bottom drawer. It only holds a few cookie sheets and a broiler pan....all of the other items I had in our old oven's drawer would not fit, so we had to find alternative space to store those things. Other than that, we are very pleased with this unit.

I bought this once for my house and was so sad to move and leave it behind, that I bought another for the new house the first week we moved in. The convection oven is impressive, and I absolutely love the middle burner. I keep a cast iron griddle on it instead of the one provided. I would buy it a third time if I needed to.

Very Pleased with my purchase! I bought the Samsung Gas Convection Range to replace my former older cook top grill and oven. So far, the new convection oven has impressed me with its even cooking. Baked items no longer have trouble with cooking the center. They come out perfect every time! I enjoy the griddle, a very nice feature to have for pancakes and crepes.

We love cooking on the different sized burners and using the convection oven.

I finally had to replace my stove after almost 30 years and this stove is wonderful, especially for the price. I love all of the features and how easy it is to clean up the stove top and grates as I often spill and boil over. Good gas range for anyone with multiple burner hear levels which is helpful when cooking a variety of items.

The black stainless is beautiful. It looks fine with my other standard black appliances. Functionally, it works wonderfully, nice variety of burner sizes. One minor complaint is that if you are using the center burner it's a very tight squeeze to use the others. One other minor complaint is that the touchscreen used to set the oven is a bit under sensitive, that is, it takes a bit of effort to activate the settings.

I have had this item now for 1 month. This is my 4th major appliance I buy from Best Buy. This specific item is awesome, this is my first stove with 5 burners, so I immediately loved that! My food cooks so much faster than my last stove as the burners are much bigger. Overall this has been an amazing product for me and I would recommend it.

This is a great replacement for my old stove, I love the chice of flame I have on top, and the alternatives to baking from proofing bread to dehydrating the foods I love, Having a Convection oven is optional also that gives that great even color when baking the Broliler is amazing just to give my baked goods that perfect golden color

I love the convection oven feature! It heats up very quickly and cooks very evenly.

We compared several stoves before purchasing this one and have been very satisfied with it. The heating is evenly spread out. Only wish it was self cooking. :)

As such my black metallic steel Samsung Gas Stove with the conventional oven is great too look. Performance is also good, but has some basic design flaws, which I noticed not just in this, but in many gas stoves, which can be life-threatening if you especially have kids. I was not able to find a solution for this. My previous GE Stove had the electronic lighter at the end of the turn, which means, the gas will come out first and then the spark. But now with the new one, the electronic lighter is first, then the gas is released. So what happens, if the kid or child turns the knob intentionally or unintentionally, gas is released, but now if you want to turn it off, you cannot switch off the knob, without the knob setting the lighter on, you cannot switch it off. Which means, if there is enough gas in air, it will light up the house. (I have not found a way to safely turn it off. if any has any ideas, please let me know). Also once the gas it lit, it makes lot of noise, the griddle does not sit for the middle burner it is oversized, Also the LED clock, is in blue color, the reflection of which makes it feel, like one of the burners is on. Also, the cast iron stands are already losing the black color, I can see abrading marks. Else, the stove is great, cooks fast. Liked the big burners. All the above said, is what I feel are some deficiencies, but if you can manage, as I am doing, you will be OK. One star taken out for Burner know design issue. Another star is taken out of other issues. Functionality wise, this stove is absolutely fantastic. If I get resolutions, I will get back to update.

We really like the look of this range in our kitchen, it matches all of our other appliances. The range top gates are very nice and easy to clean. The griddle that comes with it is very handy and does not move around as there are slots that it fits into. Very happy with this purchase and with everyone we spoke with from Best Buy

Simple to use but with a luxury look. And we got it for a good price

wife wanted a gas stove with a grittel and she loves it. She uses it every morning for breakfast. Zero complaints on this stove.

Beautiful stove, love the griddle and self clean capabilities.

The burners and griddle work well, and heat evenly. The auto-sparker start works well. We have not tried the convection fan yet, as we have only had it a few weeks. The oven did work great on bake and broil. I liked that the inside was very easy to see through the window when the light was on. The style and finish is really nice. I like the stainless steel. This 30 inch oven replaced a behemoth 40 inch electric from the '70's. So we have this gap on the side, I was thinking a storage trolley could go there, but we are very happy with the Samsung!

Haven’t had a chance to use the oven but planning to break that in this week. I love the burners. There’s nice space on top and I like the option of so many burners to use! Love the added fiddle options as well, though having to remove it before using the burners (especially when using larger pots) is a bit of an inconvenience...but not too bad.
