I bought this range 4 weeks ago. So far I love everything about it. It is a little hard to keep looking clean,it is a black cook top.I have the SS model also, I just wipe it down once a week with a good SS cleaner, so far not to bad. This is my first time with SS. I have yet to research easier methods for keeping the black ceramic top looking smeary! I have only used vinegar and water. Using the griddle is a easy, but you have to let it get hot enough, so be patient. I love love the convection features and it roasts the most moist and juicy chicken you will ever eat. i can't wait for holiday baking!!!

This stove is not only beautiful, it’s easy clean, faster to cook, has convection available. Fifth burner with griddle is a bonus. Extra large oven makes great sense. In a half century of cooking, I love this range.

I've had my new range for about a week now, and so far I love it! It seems to bake very evenly, and I haven't burned anything (yet)! I'm not much of a cook, but my snazzy new range makes me want to get better at it. It's very pretty and seems very sturdy. I'm really glad I spent a little extra money to get this good quality stove. The different size burners are kinda cool and the control panel is easy to understand. I like the griddle that comes with it and the oval burner, and although I haven't tried it out yet, I'm thinking some cherry pancakes are in my future. The only negative I would say is, now that I have this cool new Samsung range, I'm probably going to have to shell out some more $ to buy a matching fridge and dishwasher! Very satisfied with my purchase.

I love the Samsung black stainless steel finish. This range has just about the right features for me, at a reasonable price. Some reviews said that the control panel has to be pressed very hard, to select choices; but I like the strong touch required. You don't accidentally click anything, and you can wipe the control panel clean without accidentally changing any settings. But it does need a firm touch to click anything. The big front burners heat things up quickly, while there are smaller gentler burners at the rear. The (included) center griddle accessory is great for making pancakes, and it has an excellent non-stick finish. I didn't actually see this specific range on display at any store, but I'm very pleased that I chose this one. I selected it based on the Samsung brand and finish, seeing similar Samsung ranges and refrigerators; and based on its specs, its price, the description and pictures on Best Buy.com and on the reviews which were mostly very good. Also, the Best Buy delivery guys did an excellent job of installing it, and were very careful not to damage anything while carrying the appliances into and out of the house.

I've been using the range for a few weeks now and can't complain about a thing. It's gorgeous, very solidly built and very easy to use. I admit I was a bit intimidated at first, but the controls are completely intuitive; no learning curve required. The oven buzzes when the oven reaches the set temperature, which is very handy. There is a burner for every need without wasting energy. Switching to the convection mode is nothing more than a push of a button. The stovetop appears to be cast iron; it's pretty and very solid. The top under the grate is sealed so no spills can get into the burners. I can't think of anything negative to say about the range; I recommend it highly!

I was looking at this and it was not on sale at the time. Then my oven finally went and I finally saved up to purchase it, it came on sale and it was a win, win. The convection oven and center burner for a griddle is great. I use a cast iron griddle instead of the supplied one because of the size. The burners are perfect and powerful. I find using lower temp settings on the burners compared to my older oven and get faster well cooked items. This is commercial quality in my kitchen.

Looks great and matches our full set. Bakes even and heats quick. Skillet is nice but gets in the way sometimes. On odd but annoying missing feature is that you can't increase the oven temp with arrows, you have to clear and re-input the new temp. Our old one let you increase temp by just tapping arrow up, so missing that a little bit.

For me, the best feature of this stove is the grill. I wasn't sure if I would use it much but I have used it almost every day. It has a non stick coating and is easy to clean. The oven cooks evenly. I haven't tried cleaning it yet so I can't comment on that. The cook top is a bit harder to keep clean than an electric stove (my old stove) as the grills need to be removed but once off, cleaning is easy. I haven't tried all the settings for dehydrating, bread and such yet but assume they will work fine.

Convection available, large center burner and pan included, burners contained, good size oven. Love it.

I did my research, chose the Samsung above all the ones Best Buy had to offer and am glad I did. Although I haven't tried everything on the stove, the things I have worked perfect and expect the rest to be the same. The griddle makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches in the world. The best thing is, it is very easy to keep clean although I haven't used the self cleaning feature yet.

Looks nice, easy to clean up, easy to operate. Well built. Only issue I have is that the stainless steel gets smudges a lot, however this is with all appliances. I love it, cooks well, cooks fast, great purchase at a great price. Can't go wrong.

My old stove was at least 15 years old. It was so nice to finally be able to purchase a new one. I love all the new changes made over the years. I especially love the griddle feature. The stove doesn't come with a broiler pan, and was told by the installer that the griddle also works as the broiler pan. I used it for steaks the other day, and it worked fine and is a lot easier to clean than the 2-piece broiler pan.

We replaced a KitchenAid, with convection & ceramic top. This stove is great. I don't think anything can touch it at this price. It bakes more evenly than previously owned ovens. The burners are great size. The included griddle is a nice feature. The ignightors all seem to spark just fine. The left front burner can be kind of finicky about lighting at times. The cast iron grates are better quality than many stoves we looked at, even at higher price points. The convection system is also massive. I do not know if this is an issue with all stoves, but the black paint is hard to get clean. It takes a lot of work to get all the grease up, to eliminate smudges. The area behind the back burners is a little hotter than our old oven. Not really a deal breaker, and maybe just to be expected. Can't believe we got this quality for the price. It's made cooking fun.

Great all around range, love the 5th burner and griddle. Terrific convection oven easy to clean.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding on the Samsung. For the money, it had many of the features of higher priced models (convection, space, oval center burner, etc). It is performing extremely well! It does function more loudly than my previous model, but overall I am delighted with both the stove and oven's performances.

PROS: 1. The gas range looks great in our kitchen and blends well with other appliances that are black. 2. The convection oven is a great feature for which we primarily decided on this gas range. 3. I feel that cooking time has reduced, may be due to burners. I am not sure whether that affects my gas bill or not. CONS: 1. The burner caps gets stained quickly and stains tend to be permanent. Be very careful about spilling anything. 2. Normal wear and tear are already visible on the grates after just 2 months of delicate use.

We are loving this range since we bought it a few weeks ago. It heats up quickly and the middle burner with griddle has been used often. It is relatively easy to clean and looks fantastic when cleaned up. So far we are quite satisfied.

After cooking on my old stove of 19 years, it was great to cook on a faster heating unit. I could save more time fixing meals and enjoy the versatility of using the oven or the convection oven. The larger burners are great and heat liquids fast. I especially like the center burner for my large pot and the griddle.
