    Do not buy. Within one year the “Tuscan” fake color has started to peel and made the stove look worse than the 20 year old stove it replaced…. Samsung… really?

    Worst product. Ever knobs have broken off. And when contacted the company, each knob costs seventy dollars to replace that's outrageous. Control panel constantly turns off Horrible product overall that i'm stuck with!

    After having this stove for only a day my bf decided to clean the range with a sponge and soap and water, to my dismay the surface scratched too easily. I would not recommend the Black Stainless steel to anyone! I also purchased the matching fridge. I found the metal surface to be too soft and blemished easily. It appears the top surface is only a black coating of some sort. You would be better off getting the regular stainless steel which you can purchase cleansers to repair a slightly scratched surface, if needed. As for the Black stainless steel there is no product to repair any blemishes that may occur from normal use. And as for the surface not sowing fingerprints? You see every spot that is touched and is hard to clean to spotlessness. I am very disappointed with the Black Stainless Steel surface and would NEVER purchase nor would I recommend it to anyone. On a positive point, the burners are great and heat up pans and sort very quickly and evenly. The oven also operates with ease and evenly cooks food.
