I'm not a "baker" so cakes and other baked foods never seemed to turn out right, or something that should take 20 min. would end up taking an hour. A couple of weeks ago while preheating the oven, a noxious smell started coming from it. I was afraid to use it and I turned it off. When it cooled, I realized the Enamel on the bottom of the oven had cracked and flaked off. I called Best Buy service the next day was told someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. I am still waiting, and I'm back to where I was before I purchased the new stove, just several hundred dollars poorer. Sad that businesses are eager to sell you their products but not service their products. Hey guys, that's what keeps people coming back!
