    Bought this stove in February was supposed to have it by March but due to Covid 19 was put off until 5/4 because we needed it installed in our home. Got call on 5/3 saying they were going to install on 5/4 between 9 and noon. Even got a 2nd call saying same. On 5/4 at 9am received a call saying no delivery today as installer was at warehouse to pick up our stove but no one at warehouse to let them in. Not a professional way to do business. Very dissatisfied at this point

    We bought this range after our old one stopped working. After it was delivered, we started to pull the packing materials off. That's when we noticed the top panel was majorly dented. We called customer service, and the best they could do is bring another one a week later! So now, we're without a range for over a week. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be buying major appliances from Best Buy again.

    The stove’s operating system does not work. I have tried to change the time on it and it no longer changes. The oven’s light turns on and off on it’s own. Currently, the oven’s door does not open. It’s completely locked. It’s very disappointing that I don’t have more than 2 months with it and I have encountered so many technical difficulties already.

    Do not buy this product. I've had one for just over a year now and the buttons stopped working, the racks hardly slide, and the oven doesn't hit the right temps. This is only with light use aswell! Crazy how expensive it is for such a terrible appliance.

    stove came with big scratch n dent and fifth burner didn't work they are gonna or suppose to rectify the situation but once again disappoint the scheduled delivery never happened have to wait for more days umph

    It looks good, actually loved the look. But after only 1 year and 2 months, needs service. Warranty lasts only 1 year. Bake function not working anymore and the minimum repair cost is $400. More than half the price of the Range. Disappointed!!!

    Dies within a couple of years

    This is the second Samsung gas stove to die within 5 years. This one lasted 2 years and 3 months. The main board or mother board seems to die very quickly.

    Oven stopped working after 1 week. I did not enjoy having to replace it. Also, pigtail was mounted to one side and did not reach the receptacle without an extension cord.

    Not even 6 months of the purchase and is having a error message, I look up online and it said that the touch control is not working.

    This has been a great stove for us. We lived with it in our apartment in Los Angeles, and now our home all the way cross country in Pittsburgh. I've heard about people having issues with their Samsung appliances, but this has been top notch for us since purchase.

    The oven and stove were great. The high heat burner was wonderful for boiling and heating quickly. However, the gas valve on the oven stopped working before it was 4 years old and the replacement part was more expensive than a new oven.

    If I could go back in time, I would never, ever get a Samsung appliance. We’ve had it for about 3 years and the finish is peeling in multiple spots. The touch pad also no longer works and we are unable to use the oven. My mom also got a different Samsung stove with a different finish and it’s also peeling. For this much money, it’s surprising what horrible quality this is. I would recommend to never purchase a Samsung appliance.
