    The oven is overall good. But , and a Major BUT this oven peels and that is absolutely unacceptable seeing how much myself and countless customer pay for this product . Samsung needs to make their product with the quality material and Best Buy needs to stop selling a product that is peeling . It shouldn’t always be only about the money , what about customer satisfaction! Keep in mind I haven’t had the oven over 3 months !

    this product is supposed to be fingerprint resistant but it is not I can see every smudge every fingerprint since I touched it.

    Jury is still out on this one... I like having a gas cooktop though, we haven’t used the oven but once. Seems to cook very evenly. Harder to clean than my old range.

    Overall Range is great. We find that top burners seem to struggle and have weak flares, when the oven is in use. Maybe we received a bad unit. Where is that warranty i declined.. We rarely use the oven, but have noticed this a few time when using the oven and stove top at the same time. Our unit is gas unit. The other brand old range didn't have this issue (so it's not our gas delivery, etc.)
