Have been using for about a month now, and I have to say it looks and works great. Installation of power cord was a snap. It has plenty of features and functions as traditional oven as well as convection oven so no need for an additional "air fryer". Simple to operate. Flat top took a little getting used to over the electric eyes old unit had, but they work great and seem to heat more evenly than the old eyes did. So far, very happy

Great stove. I used the oven quite a bit. I loved how easy it is to used all the features and so easy to clean. Key to keep the stove top looking nice is to clean it while still hot…just be careful because you can get burn. Sadly we sold our home and left it behind. I hope the new owners take good care of it. It was impeccable after 2 years of use. I will definitely purchase again but probably a more updated model due that they change yearly.

This stove is a great buy. I love having the five burners and the co convection oven. Stove heats up quickly and is easy to use. I bought this on sale and it’s a great value for the price.

I love the stove so far. I have had it a month now and it works great! The middle warmer burner is very handy. The fan inside the oven creates an even bake. The stove top is easy to keep clean and I have used the self clean option for the oven already. I tried to wipe it out with just dish soap and water but needed to use the self clean due to the baked on chicken grease. I thought it would cook everything off and I would have to wipe it out but it didn't. I don't know where all the baked on grease went but the oven ended up shiny and new again! I was impressed. It did take 3 hours on this cycle. The only concern I have is the scuff marks on the glass top already which lets me know that won't look new long no matter how often I scour and buff it clean.

I love my new stove! I love the fact that there is a warming burner to keep food ready while you cook other dishes. The oven functions are so easy to understand and I love baking with a convection oven. Everything bakes evenly. Just having a stove that is so user friendly inspires me to try new recipes and to cook more at home!

Great stove and very very useful oven. I like the convection oven better than regular.

Outstanding Electric Convection Range. Two Front Burners are wonderful. Able to use Extra Large Frying Pans,Fast Boil Large Pot of Water. Ability,and ease to change from 9 inch,10,11,12 inch size burners in front. Convection Oven works wonderful, from baking Cookies, Cakes,to a Large Turkey. Sliced Potato Casserole. Heats up fast,maintaining the correct temperature.

I Love this oven!!! I use it everyday ever since I bought it... The stove top heats up in seconds and using the oven is so simple and fast... Not to mention how gorgeous this oven looks in my kitchen So far I am very satisfied with my purchase and getting a $100 price adjustment because my oven went on sale after I bought it was definitely a plus... Best Buy Is Awesome

Love it! The burners heat up fast! Taking a bit of time to figure out the adjustments to reduce the heat. Convection is something to get used to. I notice a bit of grease gets spattered around if baking bacon or other fatty meats from the fan blowing. All in all we are satisfied with it, just a learning experience on our part.

There are two different cook settings regular oven or convection which is like having a dehydrator. One thing I don't like is that when the oven is on the front edge of the stove gets hot enough to burn you. Make sure you don't touch the front edge. The stove has a spot to keep foods warm, easy use and has a nice look.

Our last range was 20 years old and needed a fresh upgrade. With COVID it wasn’t easy to find anything in stock. Black Friday deals came and I found an entire Samsung kitchen in stock. We gave it a go and I installed it myself. My fiancé loves this range, all the features and how easy it is to keep clean.

After the first week of use we are quit happy with this unit. The solid black top does look very nice but does show every spot or spill unlike the old range with a multi colored surface. The convection oven does a very good job of baking, but is faster and may take a small adjustments to some recommended cooking times.

Item overall works great for the most part. I usually use convection 90% of the time or stove top. Have not got to try extra features. Even low temp keeps things extremely hot ans cooking compared to old stove. CONS>> Black stainless shows every tiny mark, print or splatter on top. Extremely hard to clean. Also while I was excited about 2 front eyes having different size eye selections I've come to realize my favorite pots do not fit. For my medium pots even the smaller rings are slightly too big causing eye to continously go off and on. The back eyes are extremely too small so I've had to buy new pots/Pans to try to fit those specific sizes. MOST IMPORTANT try to get this item elsewhere if you choose. I continously got lied to and paid for 5 months before receiving item and this was not my orginal pick. Delivery days got changes. Customer service was useless. I literally had to cancel and buy directly from a location to get assistance. It was so bad I was sent a 200 gift card and gave it away because I've never in my life had such a horrible experience!

So far so good! Convection is a great addition, though the air fry feature of the upgraded version may be nice. Very easy to clean, but if you do see some oil scoring, make sure you get the ceramic cleaner and be careful with it. Would choose this model again for its even cooking, nice looks and reliability.

We love this range, especially the convection oven. It is easy to use and we really like the glass top stove also. Our old range hadn’t been working all that well for awhile and then went completely out so getting a good deal on this Samsung range was such a blessing.

I absolutely love my new stove. It is beautiful and very efficient. I love all of the features and especially that it steam cleans. I haven't used the dehydrator yet but often use the convection and roast features. I love it.

So far so good. Wish i could say the same for Best buy who bungled the delivery of this stove. I was told it would be delivered the Thursday before Easter. I was expecting seven for dinner on Easter. After talking to 10 different people about the delivery i was told i had to go to the store in person. Luckily the manager there, Jon Johnson, worked so hard to make it happen, but not before i had to move Easter dinner to my daughter's. That said, i have enjoyed the stove. It replaced a gas range that i did not like. I cant wait to try the "proof" temp, but i haven't had the chance yet. That is the main reason i chose this model. Will write more when i do. The complaints about keeping the black top clean are valid, but the other brands are the same. I had a GE in my other house and the problem was the same. So far, the stove works fine and so do the various burners. Mireover, i do like the way it looks

So far I am impressed with the range. Easy to use and many options. So far have used the stove and baked in the oven and everything has been great. I can tell the stainless steel will be a struggle to keep clean but you have to take what you can get during these times of appliance shortages. Installation was very lacking. I wouldn't even call it installation, more like delivery, plug in and here you go. Unfortunately my wife handled the delivery/install so she really didn't know what to look for. I would think if you are paying for installation that would include leveling and installing the anti tip bracket. Installation amounted to attach the overpriced cord , slide in the slot after removing the old one and there you go. They didn't even check to see if it was working because they would have found there was no power. I found I had a faulty circuit breaker. I would expect more when you pay for installation. I need a new dishwasher soon so we will see if they do any better.

I began looking for a new stove as soon as the $1400 stimulus check was approved. I kept coming back to this stove again and again. I was already a firm fan of Samsung's overall quality, owning a number Samsung Galaxy phones and an HE washer. This stove did not disappoint! It has a beautiful design and great features. Adaptable burner sizes and warming burner make the cook top easy and fun to use. And the oven! With a hidden bake element, convection fan, and large size, this stove offers every tool I will ever need and it's easy to keep clean. Nothing can really improve my cooking (which can only be described as poor to middling) but this stove may inspire me to new heights of, well not gourmet, but possibly more edible and enjoyable meals.
